Oh come on, there’s definitely some similarities in style and tone. I’ll admit that maybe my perception is a bit skewed. I took a hiatus from all things Psychopathic for years until recently and basically have no clue who AMB or Otis or any of that is, so I just assumed the dude singing was Syn since obviously it’s not Legs Diamond. Also, what’s the deal with Legs Diamond not  being on it?

Yes, there is.  The part where they said “blacks were kidnapped.”  No, they werent kidnapped.  They were sold to the white man.  Sold. 

Its disgusting whats taught in school about the Civil War because its not remotely the truth in the text books.   Lincoln even said beforehand, the purpose of the war was to preserve the Union – not to keep or abolish slavery.  He only abolished slavery once he realized there was a chance he could lose the war.  And he hoped the blacks would rebel and fight from within.    …It didnt quite work out that way.  

Fact: The first black regiment to fight in the Civil War – freely fought for the south.   They wont teach you that in public school because it doesnt fit the agenda.

Like I’ve continued to say, you’re painting it as “if you don’t say the rebel flag is the worst thing ever, you’re trying to rationalize and justify every bad thing that the rebel flag has ever been a part of ever” which simply isn’t the case. I really don’t give a fuck about the rebel flag, @cheshyr. It’s not the rebel flag that I’ve really been defending. It’s the idea that things aren’t black and white. In your defense, you’ve probably been too busy looking up definitions and posting stupid videos to notice ANY of my points though. I don’t wave it because I understand the implications that is has in our current little civilized world. But to some people it means something different. That doesn’t mean that they’re defending what it once stood for, will stand for, or does stand for. It means that to them, it means something else. That’s it. I don’t understand why you are unable to grasp that. Go to the South and say that every single person there waving it is racist. Until you realize that a lot of fucking people wave it for a plethora of different reasons.

The problem I do have is that once that flag becomes the ultimate villain, all conversation stops and the slate gets wiped clean for the terrible things that the American flag has been a part of. I mean, why admit that America, and our current flag has a much higher rate of misery than the rebel flag when you can just pretend that the rebel flag was the ultimate villain and sweet, lil’ old America finally free’d itself from it? That’s the problem I have and you basically just saying “nope” over and over again without elaborating, pretending that you don’t need to, is exactly why I have it.

You’re done with this topic, huh? Fine. Whatever. But just because YOU don’t have anything to contribute to the conversation, doesn’t mean that there isn’t a conversation to have.
