History international caused me to ace my AP world history AP exam. They used to actually show informative shows on the history channels. All I remember is that the Moors (Muslims) occupied (at least part) of Spain from 711 til 1492.

It’s anything from the 70’s to present day. I told her, she looked him up, and said it was alright.

Actually, the rebel flag came way before your average idiot cried like a bitch when they saw one. Perhaps they enjoy waving it a little more knowing it pisses off pussies but they’d be waving it regardless of you or anyone else who disagrees with it. 

Also, the confederate flag doesn’t symbolize slavery at all. Not even a little.. smh

How can so many people be so sure and be so wrong? 

The 13 stars on the flag represent the 13 original colonies of the US. They were self governing until the north decided to fuck with them. That was the cause of the war, no whether they get to keep their slaves or not. By the fucking way, the north had slaves as well and so did the Union army generals.

I know it sounds harsh but modern perception of that war suggests that blacks were part of the main focus. They weren’t! In fact, Lincoln wanted to ship their asses back to Africa originally. Take mercy, yes. Be their neighbors? Hell no. Truth is the war was about control and money. The slaves were definitely low on the list of priorities.

The emancipation proclamation was ‘t even about black rights, it was an entirely unsuccessful attempt at hurting the confederate economy. And if there’s anything the post civil-war years proved it’s definitely that 600,000 white men didn’t die so that black people could be their equals. The facts remain unchanged; however, that if the union hadn’t won slavery would probably still be around in some form. I also don’t agree with the “poor south dindoo nuffin til them mean ol yankees fucked everything up” rhetoric either. The south were openly defying the federal government just cus they could, shit congressmen were beating the fuck out of each other during sessions lol…and whether you like to acknowledge it or not the political climate of the north was rapidly pushing for abolishion and the slave dependant south was flipping shit over that. That’s what drove the hostilities leading up to the war. I’ve also never met a rebel flag waving hick that wasn’t obscenly racist and damn proud of it either.

First, Michael Moore isn’t even IN that video.

Second, he had nothing to do with the creation of that cartoon; only including it in his documentary.

Thirdly, there’s nothing in the toon that isn’t factual.
