Influenced by somewhat the FBI battle, sounds good. Pissed off shit like the Psypher 4. And J said "emotional". Sounds like some deep tracks are in there as well. Always love ICP's deep shit. Sounds like this is going to be probably one of the best albums they made. With all of these things to influence it and whatnot.

Yeah it was supposed to.be a conceptual response to all the shit they'd been privy to during those times. I'm sure its just as taxing for them.now.
The best part is that no matter what we all discuss and expect to expect, it won't sound or be anything like anything we think. It never is. That's what keeps me coming back, I believe.
Can't wait. I know it won't be any of the several.elongated jokes we've thrown out there... myself have done like four and cant remember... but there was The Bamboozle Brothers, some female one, and all this other shit like the Psychotic Spindel peeps were going on about. It wont be anything mentioned. No one knows but them hoes.
Although, rumour has it that Shaggy 2 Dopes father is going to be on the final track .. thus providing the aforementioned "emotions" ,

Yup.
I've only started listening to ICP in the past year or so, and what with the internet and all I've been able to just devour the entire catalogue, instead of listening to the albums one by one with the filter of my own expectations. To me, ICP's discography sounds like this: Dark Carnival is pretty bad. Puppetmaster and Riddlebox is where they start to figure out their sound, both have some absolute bangers mixed in with some less inspired stuff. On Milenko and Jeckel Bros. they fucking master the Wicked Shit sound, both of those albums are dope as fuck and take the original concept about as far as it could be taken. The next several releases after that sound like they're grasping around for what to do next- there's some really good shit on those albums, and plenty of not so good shit also, but at least they're looking for what's next instead of rehashing the same old shit. Maybe it's a process of coming to terms with flirting with the mainstream but not quite making it, while at the same time realizing that Juggalo family love is a real and enduring thing. When they get to BPB and MDP, that's where they've figured it out again. It's no coincidence that those were released as Joker's Cards albums, because that's where ICP have become confident in their new sound and identity. I can see how some people don't like it, because they're not the same band or the same people as they used to be, but they've got direction again. Another Joker's Card album? Fuuuuuuuck yeah!

I thought MDP was cool but not as a joker card, I woulda made it probably an EP or something. Too many different styles throughout the album. I'm excited to hear this album for 2 reasons. These are going to be all new beats and not "old beats left over from the last 15 years" and Mike P has been back on psy for a minute. So i'm hoping Mike P and Mike E collabed on this to bring something new to the table...
I think the reason why shit has been lackluster the last couple of years is the quality of beats. Doesn't matter if they've made 600 million dollars, where's the dark beats? or unique sounding stuff that actually sounds good.. I don't want another first deck, but I want something new. I actually liked shangrila and hells pit. I thought they were awesome. I know they still got it in em, it's just the direction of beats. Esp shaggy he been steppin his game up lately. Even the tempest had that old school sounding ICP sound. Tempest sounds completely different than bpb and mdp. I am hoping they go back to a tempest kind of sound.
These last 2 cd's have kinda had a upbeat kind of tempo so i'm hoping they slowed it down more and got a little darker.
In yo face and Vera lee were the closest they been to an ICP sound IMO
