song on house of wax.

I realize that but I didn’t know if it was a specific lyric or something. If it’s just the title of the song he’s talking about that’s an easy one. The song is one long verse and that verse is 3 minutes and 24 seconds long. I don’t think there’s anything more to it than that.

So which album is everyone more excited to hear? The more dark/serious LOST or the upbeat/funny FOUND? I personally have always like their upbeat albums a little more but its been 10 years since they released a “darker” sounding album… so I’m definitely interested to see where they go with it. Even though Jay did say its not going to be like hells pit… Im happy to hear that one first.

neither do i, but conspiracy theorists just have to believe that they somehow know more than everybody else.

I love it how when random ninjas say, “it’s gonna be the best c.d. ever”, nothings said, but if somebody says, “it might suck”? everybody jumps in and says, “you got 2 hear it first”. W.T.F.?

I feel like ICP have to have some shit to say right now so I’m very, very excited to hear Lost. I mean, beyond the gimmicks, marketing and everything else, those dudes have been getting mocked more than they have in years, they’ve lost artists (thus profits) on their label, and their fan base is vocally split in half on their current career choice. The idea of just letting them vent as Insane Clown Posse sounds great, both because I prefer the wicked clown side of their music and because over the years I’ve grown to give a shit about them, or at least the characters they’ve portrayed for years, which I have to assume bares some resemblances to who they are in daily life.

I’m super excited for the new card. I’m gonna pre-order it this week. Really love the idea of Lost being dark and fast and then Found is all upbeat and positive. It’s also probably the best way to please everybody since a lot of Juggalos only like the hardcore wicked shit and others like the happy positive shit too. I personally love both.

I’m a bit biased. I had a feeling lost was going to be a darker sounding album. To me personally, this sounds like they are heading in the direction of the 6th. I hope so anyways, I think it’ll be dope because J probably just fucked around in the studio and threw out mad tracks so there should be a lot of good stuff. I’m hyped to hear both personally cause I like both styles. I think jumpsteady said the lost record makes you wanna punch someone in the face and is more “story telling” but someone threw chris benoit out there when talking about TML lost so i’m really hoping it’s not like that. I think after enough of us complaining about icp not being “wicked” they finally listened to us but who knows time will tell. I’d like to hear a track off of it it’s been what 3-4 years since we had an icp album? The name doesn’t bother me i’m already used to it

I don’t like songs like Chris Benoit, Dog Catcher or the like. Cultural references in songs immediately prevent it from becoming timeless. The song get’s stuck in that era and loses significance as the years pass.

I do like, however, Terrible. Yes it has many cultural references (and I wish it didn’t) but I find that I don’t skip past it on my play list.

I would love an album with a sound similar to Chris Benoit personally . I do agree about leaving out cultural references for the exact reason as psyral stated but I do not think that the chris Benoit track is affected by it. If people listen to Chris Benoit 20 years from now and no one remembers benoit I think that the listener may very well consider Chris Benoit being a name for a person going insane perhaps.

As I was writing this I am now starting to think timelessness may no longer be an issue thanks to al gores Internet (see what I did there? If you don’t than use the Internet to find out haha). There has been songs that I have enjoyed from other artist where I didn’t understand exactly who or what it was about but researched the Internet to find out. For example, primus’ song lee van cleef. I had no idea who the fuck that guy was until I looked it up.

I’ve always liked ajb because I thought they fit extremely well with guitars if given the right sound on guitar. I thought shangrila was awesome. If given the right production icp is dope it’s always about the production. I liked a few songs since mec has been back but this is it, he has 2 albums. this is the deal breaker for me. if they can’t pull these albums off then I don’t really care anymore. I’ll still peep there shit out but I just won’t care as much. They have no excuse not to come up with something dope.

Icp is longer overdue for something dope and it only happens once in a blue moon. I just wanna see MEC step his damn game up he’s capable of so much better music.

What we think is crap many other ninjas think is actually really dope though. For every bit of dark and wicked shit I feel is missing from ICP I can get from Twiztid, and some of the shit that a lot of people are missing from Twiztid they seem to be getting from ICP.

Yea I knew someone was gonna say that. That’s what I absolutely hate about both groups right now icp is trying to be more rap and twiztid is being “wicked” I just want a mix of it all! twiztid perfected that on the green book IMO. such a perfect balance on that cd and icp’s was great milenko

From This billboard article: http://www.billboard.com/artic…..und-albums

Rather than regular collaborator Mike E. Clark, who’s busy with other commitments — including Kid Rock — this time ICP worked with a variety of other producers to come up with beats and arrangements for the two albums.

I’m seriously starting to get really turned off by J’s new and ramped up rhetoric about “God” n’shit…

I don’t mind them talking about the concept in roundabout terms but it seems like every chance he gets now, we are hearing him all but PREACH. I didn’t get drawn to the Carnival to be talked to about religion and while I can respect other people’s beliefs, I don’t want them CONSTANTLY repeated to me. Especially when I think all religion is bullshit.

Seriously, I pre-ordered my (Lost) and if I get it and there’s a bunch of shit in there about God and Jesus n’shit, I’m gonna be pissed.

They already made their statement about their own “revelation” and I’m cool with that but I don’t wanna fuckin’ keep listening to it.

That article has got me tweeked.
