I thought mec was done with psychopathic? Wasn’t there something going on a month’s ago or some news about it?

I can’t think of at the moment but I thought mec  was mad at psychopathic or something. 

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it must be a cat. Your right not safe to assume and speculate. But I wasn’t trying to speculate. I thought it was for sure

I liked the bpb sampler. I still got mine from when I was at the gotj 09.

I liked the krimson creek sampler too.

 

I’m happy mec isn’t producing these albums. Time for a change.

 

Don’t get me wrong. I love mec. 

I wouldn’t be happy if MEC didint do atleast some work on the Missing Link, but I wouldn’t be totally upset about it. Honestly I’m a bigger fan of Kuma work lately. I think he did an awesome job on Hoodoo’s CD.

On the Juggalo show they announced Lost is already done, Jumpsteady has already heard it and says it’s dark and angry and magical all at the same time.

Last night J got me hyped as fuck for Lost. I’m sure someone will come through with the audio of the show or something but he said something along the lines of “We tried to sound like what a panic attack feels like”. That’s not word for word but I think I nailed the vibe of it. 

Samplers and snippets are a double-edged sword for me and always have been. I want to hear what it’s going to sound like, which they give me, but I don’t get the context, which is really significant when talking about ICP, and thus get left with the same level of curiosity I had before I heard the damned samples. Bang! Pow! Boom! is the perfect example for me. I remember getting the sampler for the first new jokers card of a brand new deck and thinking it was garbage. The infomercial feel of it was awful and without the pacing of the album, something that ICP always put a lot of thought in to, the songs sounded terrible. Then when I heard the album it all fit together and the feel of the album was completely different than the sampler for it.

With the MEC thing I really don’t give a shit. As long as whoever they get/got knows how to highlight ICP’s strong points I’m good. Mike E can definitely do that but he’s also ran on autopilot with them more than once.

Sounded like j was saying lost is more depression than anxiety. It’s about feeling empty. I’m very excited for this. I got depression like a motherfucker. It’s what attached me to icp so much. Specifically violent j. I relate to being the guy that makes people laugh then goes home and feels completely alone.

At the BPB tour, he said something like, “we will not disrespect the 6th, by calling BPB the 7th, but who’s to say we can’t make it the first, in a different set, of jokers cards,” then the crowd went crazy. 

I was at the bpb tour. I was booing that lol. I’m not a fan of the idea of a new deck. But I deal with it and I’m use to it. I’m still right though. They didn’t promote it as a jokers card till after it was released. I’m just wrong at when they announced it.
