When bpb came out they didn’t say it was a jokers card. I think it wasn’t till the song whoop when violent j said another card is coming. Off book of the wicked.

At the BPB tour, he said something like, “we will not disrespect the 6th, by calling BPB the 7th, but who’s to say we can’t make it the first, in a different set, of jokers cards,” then the crowd went crazy. 

I remember when he said that..most people seemed to like the idea..Im indifferent with it. I just hope lost comes correct this time.

You know, reading that, it sounds familiar as fuck. Not that I was there when it went down but that I remember the love/hate thing that happened afterward. I stand corrected, ya’ll. 

I was excited about Bang! Pow! Boom!, even though it wasn’t a jokers card as first, which I totally knew and anyone that doesn’t isn’t a real Juggalo and they eat shit for breakfast, but the sampler for it made it sound like it was going to be terrible then it turned out to be really good.

Is there a poll out there that shows this? I personally think the darkness was a flop but I was under the assumption most folks liked it.

Well they didn’t have a big budget for coc. So what do you expect? Still better then mdp. Same with wraith. And you talking about shangri la or hells pit? Or both

As a Jokers Card, COC isn’t very good. Probably because they didn’t have the idea fleshed out yet. If you listen to it as just a hip hop album it’s very good for its time. Like, remove the fact that ICP would go on to make Milenko and everything they’ve done and just listen to it as what it was in its time. Two dudes that only had local support doing a unique take on a rap album. I don’t bump it next to the other cards (Guts on the Ceiling and Psychopathic being the exception) but for what it was, it definitely doesn’t suck. 

COC is a classic, as far as I’m concerned that’s as much of a jokers card as any other. Guts on the Ceiling is a banger to this day. (Not knocking anyone else’s opinion, just saying.)
