I can agree with some points and disagree with others. I’m totally fine with them saying these albums are another deck and I think it’s pretty cool that they are doing another. I was only around from the 5th to the 6th on the OG deck but I still had a lot of fun with the story they were telling and I think it’s cool that the new or younger generation can go through it too. I do miss all the subliminal hints, reverse messages and all that fun stuff that was littered throughout, but then again maybe it’s not totally needed since I guess they are kind of telling the same story again. I dunno, late night rant, opinions, blah.

Yea I was totally cool with another deck and still am. It’s just the music they are making is no where near any of that to the first set. I’m not even looking for the subliminal stuff. I am actually completely content with the lyrics they’ve had with the new deck. It’s the sounds of the set that suck the most.

Sounded solid and cohesive to me. Some people like to nit-pick everything apart and that’s fine but for me, as long as I can relate to it and it doesn’t sound absolutely terrible I’m good with it. I personally found House of Wax to be mostly blah, with a couple good songs and a couple really, really bad songs.

Just out of curiosity, what songs on the EP did u find really, really bad?

Zen of Love was terrible. The Zipper was pretty damn weak. Take It Out on Me goes on and on at the end. House of Wax was too poppy sounding. Two Shot was the only song that I really liked.

Three things –

1: Can we give the “Old School Juggalo” bullshit a rest already? Yeesh. It’s kind of a subjective term, y’know?

2: Lucem’s catching hell for not wanting to steal from the artists that we’re all here to, presumably, show appreciation to? Wow.

3: I’ll pass along my opinion when I actually get the album.

I probably have more of an idea than you, I said possibly unfinished. I know that they usually sit on the finished product typically so they can promote it etc. but that does not mean that what was leaked was finished. Even then it is still disrespectful to steal it before it’s even out. No, you do not have the right to bitch because you did not waste a damn thing on this project. No, typically artists don’t make money off of album sales anymore, they make their money off of touring and merch these days. Especially since album sales are lower these days. Not only that but they had to downsize psychopathic recently to afford the gathering and the FBI lawsuit and all the other shit that they try to do to help out both juggalos and their communities. They did struggle to keep it afloat. You’re just a shitty fan, quit trying to justify the fact that you stole a product that’s not even out yet then bitched about it not being up to par.

The guy who ripped the album put up a picture of the actual cd so yes, it’s finished.

Fuck a download. Itll feel so much better to bump this new shit with the actual CD and booklet.

I wish they’d release everything on vinyl, I’d be into that. Kind of surprised they don’t considering how much merch they like to push.
