My take on the Twiztid situation is this:

I love what MNE is doing with the music and the culture. Young Wicked is the least exciting aspect for me- not because of the politics, but because I didn’t care about him beforehand. The business fallout between Psy/MNE sucks, but I’m over it. Let’s see where it goes, though. I just hope it doesn’t effect the younger guys like G-mo and Lex because they’re talented and deserve a chance. I actually think it’s a crazy exciting time to be a Juggalo because of all the awesome things popping off across the board.

Is Twiztid turning their backs on Juggalos? Not particularly, but they are for sure distancing themselves from actively participating in the culture as overseen by Psychopathic Records. Based on the moves they’ve been making that have nothing to do with Psy (working Rob Zombie’s gigs, spreading deeper into the horror and nerd scenes) it’s clear that they want to sit at the Cool Kids Table now, and I don’t blame them.

 It seems most of you guys aren’t playing sides anyhow, so I’m not sure who I’m even talking to, but I feel like all this ‘family division’ stuff as it pertains to the fans is illusory fluff. Even if Majikal Ninjas suddenly become a thing it’s no different than Suicidalists, Technicians and Weirdos- brand specific branches of a family tree that apes and embodies the same initial concept. If I had things my way I would make the titles even more arbitrary by having sets in every crowd that are rapper specific. I dunno about y’all but I’m totally down to ride with Blahzay’s Thornz and the G-mo Skeezers. The Paz Dispensers would be hype as fuck at a Philly show. I’m sayin….if we’re gonna be a gang let’s be like those Biker Gangs at Disney World. It can be like The Warriors except even more retarded!

Now, for my ride or die Dark Carnival Clowny Daggers y’all Juggalo Juggalos I propose this: Twiztid and the clowns divorced business wise, but we’re still here. For a lot of us the Hatchetman has been more than a symbol for a record company. It’s meant us (meaning me and mine) way harder than any rap collective, at least for me. It’s our fuckin’ bat signal. If rumors persist and seeing it really does draw the ire of Twiztid, though I’m not 100 percent that it does, so what? Rep it anyway. Get a handful of your homies and fly a big ass hatchet flag in the crowd where they can see. Not even to be vindictive, just to be out and proud. Or don’t, simply persist in your Juggalo ways however you choose. Let them grow, let them evolve, let them get their own fans but fuck letting them forget where they came from. 

And I don’t give a fuck which crowd you’re in, cries of “LOOOOOOTUUUUUUUS!” should persist as a matter of principal. At least, that’s what I’mma do.

it was nice seeing J/shaggy actually discuss the way they have been accommodating twiztid’s demands for years to keep the “image” of a family together, because ANYBODY who has been following the situation for the past few years could see it…it was blatant the entire time that twiztid was trying to distance themselves from icp/juggalos but would never man up and say it. this young wicked situation is def the tipping point, but it was coming regardless.

only difference to me is that if twiztid would have just been like “fuck icp, we dont wanna work with them in any capacity anymore” i would have still been down to support them. signing otis on the other hand, thats a dealbreaker imo.

twiztid will be alright, but im not gonna be supporting a single thing they do from here regardless of how this plays out.

I posted the day they announced YW and said I was done supporting Twiztid/MNE, before all this drama blew up, and I still stand by that. I was called a fam kid for that, which is bullshit. If you knew me you’d know I’m the furthest thing from a fam kid.

It just became lame watching Twiztid act like bitches for the last four years. They’d insult fans for asking why they left. Then they’d take a shot at PSY. Then someone would ask them what’s that about and they’d deny it and get all defensive. Then they’d be in an interview like ”we love ICP. They’re our brothers.” Then they’d take another shot. Then they’d blow up on anyone asking what’s up. Then they’d do something with PSY and preach the family love bullshit. Then they’d take another shot at PSY…etc.
All the while, scrambling for every scrap off of PSY they could pick up and literally copy and pasting every PSY business practice into MNE to the point where it’s just like get your own fucking shit.
What really got to me though was the fakeness. They fronted that family vibe bullshit and tried to act like nothing was wrong when a lot of us could see through that shit. To me, it’s just not something I want to support anymore and a lot of the excuses people make Twiztid just don’t hold weight with me.

Twiztid doesn’t owe PSY anything – Yes, if Jamie and Paul are ”real” dudes, then they do owe a degree of respect and loyalty to ICP for putting them on so damn hard and if this is all ”more than music” then they owe us the truth. Some of you came into this shit after Twiztid was already an integral part of the culture. Some of us were here before Twiztid. Some of us watched them get booed as HOK and some of us watched them get the same treatment Blahzay Roze is getting right now when they first came out as Twiztid. In fact, if you think Blahzay Roze was ”shoved down your throat” that shit isn’t even a fraction of how hard they shoved Twiztid down our throats. Now, Twiztid is talented as fuck and earned every ounce of the respect they have today, but to me, since they left they’ve done nothing but disrespect the people who paved the way for them to earn that respect, which I feel is bullshit. If you’re on your own now and doing well, why play this game of diss then retreat over and over?

Twiztid can’t talk about shit because they’re under a contract – I highly doubt this is the case but since I don’t know that for sure, I won’t go there, but I will say that even if they are under a contract they’re still acting like bitches. If they don’t have the balls to challenge a contract then why take shots and stir shit up only to bitch out. To me, it reeks of publicity tactics on their part. They stir the pot to get your attention then they bitch out before they have to take a solid position and risk catching any backlash. Hoe shit. Plus, a lot of the shit people are looking for answers for now wouldn’t legally pertain to their departure from PSY and would not be subject to any contract prohibiting them from speaking on said departure.

Twiztid’s being dignified in not airing their personal business to us – No, this simply isn’t the case. If PSY had come out dissing Twiztid for leaving and trying to make you hate them and Twiztid kept their mouth shut and moved on then that would be the case, but that’s not how it happened. PSY has gone out of their way to include Twiztid/MNE in a lot of things they’ve done for the juggalo world for the last four years while Twiztid has been dodgy as fuck and disrespectful in their tactics to distance themselves from ICP/juggalos, all while fronting that family bullshit so you’ll feed their coffers for expansion out of the juggalo realm. 

It’s just not something I personally feel like supporting anymore.
