Juggalos are on the gang list here in Utah. Because juggalos act like gang members here in Utah. Even at that nobody really gets harassed too much.

Also, straight edge are on the gang list too. Same reason. In fact the juggalos are a rival gang to the straight edge. Here in Utah.

Either way, that is such a petty over analysis of what he says. Completely ignoring his actual point.

I somehow missed this. I find that hilarious about straight edges being a gang. In my area it was a circa 2002 fad amongst teenagers that has since ceased to exist, nevermind achieving a measure of insurgent social threat. Is it an LDS thing? Not trying to profile just legitimately curious. I've been saying for years now that I want to see Bronies and Furries on the gang list too just so we have an excuse for the world's most autistic turf war.

The only thing I know about straight edge myself is that CM punk went through a straight edge gimmick and was supposed to feud with Jeff Hardy, before Jeff got fired again for being a druggy.

just say, 'we dont fuckin wanna, okay?!'

They did. People like Cheshyr started crying about it and demanded a reason. Reason is, the march is ... [blah blah blah bunch of shit from a self-professed non-juggalo]

No, no, no... my little idiot... my little multi-thread moron...

If you bothered to READ the shit you respond to, you'd know that I've already said MANY MANY TIMES that the issues of The March and MNE signing Young Wicked ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS! TWO DIFFERENT DEBATES THAT HAVE AN INTERSECTION BUT ARE ALSO MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE!!!

You wanna talk about "facts"?!

The rejection of the march came AFTER they pulled that shit and ICP responded. Appropriately, I might add... The former DID NOT beget the latter.

READ, my brutha! READ!

I could harp on about how I said people like Cheshyr but we all know I was directly referring to you. I'm not as desperate as you to deny where I was wrong. So there you got me on that. Must feel good to be right for once, huh?

But that doesn't negate the point that people did demand an explanation.

I don't know what the rejection of the march coming after all the drama shit popped has to do with anything. Trying to say that Twiztid got insulted and are rejecting the march because ICP hurt their feelings? Yeah, I've been saying that shit since the beginning. That, despite all the reasons they gave and with one of them being a good reason, I believe the real reason they don't march is because of petty spite. And despite the march being nothing but self indulgent bullshit to make people feel good about themselves I think they should have gotten over it and done it any ways like KFV (another person who has been screwed by ICP). But that's pure speculation on my part. I don't know what the fuck is going on through their heads and who the hell am I to judge them for what they do especially when I don't know every little detail. ICP fucks people over, Twiztid gets sensitive and acts spiteful, their human get over it. Don't see me crying because the great Kanye West supported Trump. And let's be honest, supporting Trump is 10X worse than anything either are being accused off and completely contradicts things he preached too. But god damn you know I will still buy his new album I know it's going to be fire. And you should too!

And further more, how the hell can you judge them for their actions when you can't even have a proper conversation with me with out throwing in a bunch of insults? If I called myself a juggalo would that make the difference?

It's... a stupid people thing. Because I know there are tons of "juggalos" and "straight edgers" that treat it like a gang. And they are technically rival gangs too. As in juggalos don't get a long with straight edgers here. And so the police see a bunch of people tagging juggalo on shit, wearing the shirts, robbing houses, selling drugs, destroying property, hanging around each other and inciting violence in groups claiming to bang juggalo. So naturally they think it's a gang. Especially when juggalos can't even define themselves, it causes a whole lot of confusion for law enforcement. Though, most cops understand it's not a gang, there's just a few bad apples out there. I mean, technically there are juggalo gangs.

As for straight edgers it's the same story but much worse because most of them don't even listen to punk or realize it's a culture from the 80s. I think it's mostly bored kids that don't know how to deal with their angst. Oh, and there is the PAAP crew. (Pro Anti Anti Pro) They are straight edgers that take breaks on weekends...confused

You should spearhead the movement to be straight edge but only Juggalo on weekends. Just to really throw'em off. I know you're not a Juggalo but you could totally spearhead this movement. Just do it. For me? PLEASE. I SAID PLEASE DAMN IT.

I'm an old, stoned man now. But I recall in my teenage years, just HATING my half-cousin when he came up to me with the X's on his hands.

I always figured, if you're going to choose a life of abstinence, resistance, non-druggin', etc.... keep that shit yourself.

Dolphins eat pufferfish to get high.

TONS of creatures alter their mindstate.

Straight-edge people are the end of the world. They are anti-creature. Anti-life. Anti-purpose.

Die. Straight-edgers. Die.

Despite everything, Twiztid's lyrics are the reason I realized I was a Juggalo in the first place. I got into ICP's music first and really enjoyed it (still do) but I didn't have my realization moment of knowing I was a Juggalo until I heard Afraid of Me for the first time. Before that I just thought i enjoyed it because I have a really eclectic taste in music and a strange sense of humor. That's not intended as a diss toward ICP in any way. I acknowledge both of them equally for everything they have done for us, but it terms of emotionally Twiztid speaks to me more with what they say in their music.

This is also based on the music alone not their views or actions outside of the recording studio.

We live in a world where "beef abounds" but how does "our" beefs measure with what's currently going on elsewhere?

If Monoxide has such fuckin' vitriol for Violent J, and now that "the cord has been cut", what's stopping him from doing what the rest of hip-hop does?

After all these weeks of setbacks and negative karma attacks; for some reason my atheistic mind had a biblical quote pop in there that I think may be something that Violent J would be able to get behind:

Matthew 5:30

And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

A unilateral NDA (sometimes referred to as a one-way NDA) involves two parties where only one party (i.e., the disclosing party) anticipates disclosing certain information to the other party (i.e., the receiving party) and requires that the information be protected from further disclosure for some reason (e.g., maintaining the secrecy necessary to satisfy patent laws[1] or legal protection for trade secrets, limiting disclosure of information prior to issuing a press release for a major announcement, or simply ensuring that a receiving party does not use or disclose information without compensating the disclosing party).

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here we go again...

Ugh...

Okay so I was saving this a little bit of ammunition to use against Lucem the Liar and his crusade to impugn my ability to "accept facts" in relation to "information" relating to as to why Twiztid seems impotent to respond to all these "accusations" that are being levied against them as if they are the Judas Goats cast out with the sins of the town upon their heads, never to be spoken of again....

1) There is a difference between a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Non-Disparagement Clause. [there's a new one for all you armchair legal consultants to hash out... fuckers]

2) Please to enjoy researching the legal precept of "Prior Restraint" protected by the Constitution and the limitations it places on an NDC and NOT an NDA.

3) The fact that there has been no FACTUAL declaration that such a thing exists BEYOND what any one of us might expect from any shitass call center we might work at... bullshit like, any discoveries or inventions made during business hours are the property of the corporation, or some mention of not discussing the cost evaluations of overhead n' white collar shit like that... ('er whatever).

Okay... so like... uh...

Let's say I'm a stage magician... I hire you to be my assistant. I show you how I do all my tricks. I make you sign an *NDA*.

An NDA does NOT prevent you from talking shit about how often I grab your ass in that cute bunny suit as you do all the work and I get the credit...

An NDC *does*....

HOWEVER... an NDC is limited by the First Amendment...

But hey... what the fuck do *I know...?

Apparently just enough to feed and wipe myself.

Desperately.

First off, why are you targeting me? Did I piss you off that bad?

Second, an NDA would cover business dealings. Business decisions. You could talk about all the day to day shit all you want but you can't talk about the business decisions and deals from behind the scenes. This is complete straw grasping bullshit. Accept the facts and move on already.

I never said they signed one. Fact. I just showed they implied it, and how an NDA works. More facts. They could be lying or making up excuses, who knows.

But I know plenty of other people have said they signed one and you aren't targeting them. Another fact. Why aren't you targeting them? Oh because I added validity to a point of view you didn't like? Grow up Cheshyr. You're acting like a Trump supporter.

For the record, I recently had to sign an NDA to work where I work. If they made me sign an NDA for my position, it's not far fetched to assume, not know because this is a game of assumptions, that Twiztid signed one too.

If you don't like arguing against assumptions then why are you have discussions over what hypothetically happened anyways? A bit stupid on your part.

I've signed about a dozen NDAs. One was for a low-level telemarketing position, a few were for the entertainment industry. They run the gamut. They are extremely common.

I really don't see why signing an NDA is that hard to believe. I've signed dozens upon dozens myself for different things. Hell, if you've ever been allowed into a closed beta for a video game before, you've been under NDA. They're super common place, and if you get into ANY position in a company that allows you certain information, you're under an NDA to not give any of that information out. that's how trade secrets are kept, for example. Well one of the ways.

i for, one, do not find it unreasonable that there were agreements signed.  almost had to be.

what i do find to be a stretch, is the idea that j, shaggs, madrox, and/or monoxide would give a flyin shit about them.

if twiztid wanted to say sumn, they would just fuckin say it.

even if it might possibly have been prohibited by some piece of paperwork.  like they really care.

I don't know. I'm pretty sure they all do what they can to avoid legal trouble. Just because they rap about serial killing and necrophilia doesn't mean they spend time in the courts, or have to pay PSY money for breach of contract, or whatever the exact details of the NDA may or may not be. even if Mono wants to say something, he could be acting like an intelligent person and listening to his fucking lawyer on what not to say.
