I think the worst part is that they are unapologetic about it as well. No updates, no public explanation as to why there has been delays, nothing.

I suppose with the grace period that they have, they feel there is no explanation needed and to be fair it’s only 2 days after release day.

The grace period is from the ORDER date, they had plenty of time to get their shit together. 90% of the comments to ALL of their social media posts right now are people talking about the preorder. It should be addressed. It’s unprofessional and it’s bad business.

Yup, they said “The pre-order version of this album will come packaged in a special 3D hologram cover that will NOT BE AVAILABLE IN STORES OR TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC! I actually got mine on Monday, so I don’t care about that, but I purchased the “pre-order 3D hologram” cover. That’s what was advertised, that’s what I paid for, and that’s what I expected to receive. Instead, I received a slipcase with some shiny embossment on it. That’s why I’m upset, just waiting to see if HatchetGear/Psychopathic address it.

That’s probably [or close to it anyways] why 86 got The Garcia Brothers and Abaddon days before [because stores are pretty much on that owl level shit — who?] and ICP/Killjoy Club was late as fuck.
The mix up over the lenticular cover though is as stale as a hobo’s dumpster stink.

Not trying to get toooooo nitpicky , but the JuggaloDay Stamps on all the Merch at JuggaloDay was suppose to be EMBROIDERED, we got some cheap Mall Computer Printed Iron-On shits that cheapens the look of the Merch….this wouldnt have been such a huge deal if i hadn’t bought another shirt from Hatchetgear a few weeks later cause i didnt like the look of the Cheap ass Iron on, on my Sweet Ass Carolina Blue Wraith shirt, and guess what, The Exclusive JuggaloDay Merch leftover was put up on Hatchetgear…WITH the stupid ass Iron Ons, now i got 2 dope Carolina Blue Wraith Shirts with SHITTY ass Iron on red n White Patches on the sides.
Hatchetgear should probably make an Announce about special shit, ONCE the Deal with Manufactures is FINALIZED before they tell us what we are getting.

Even if its just a slip cover, ill be happy with that as long as it isnt sold with a slip cover in stores. If i get anything extra because i pre ordered, ill be happy. What im pissed about is that the album has hit the streets to best buy etc., and us who preordered still dont have it.

I got the album with very low expectations since I haven’t really liked much from ICP lately, not even the older stuff.
Really liked the album. Falling Apart is hands down my favorite. Really hits home for me. People that have talked to me lately understand my issues with my mortality and how I feel like I’m dying too fast.

After the huge box set debacle, what did you all expect? They won’t admit that they fucked up…they will blame it on the manufacturer, and “being overwhelmed.” Yeah, I get overwhelmed at work sometimes too, but I still have to meet my deadlines. Going forward, they will have to have some over the top amazing freebie with an album before I will consider pre-ordering.
I bought mine on release day at Best Buy. $10 and I walked out the door with it. No shipping charge, no frustration of not getting it on release day, no excuses as to why I didn’t get it in time. I give no fucks about a holographic-turned-embossed CD cover that may or may not arrive with it.
