Show me the oldest example of MBK throwing ES so I can show you an older picture of Twiztid throwing it. At live shows the gesture has been used to emphasize the "Triple Threat" chant of "1-2-3" by Twiztid and fans alike for over a decade. The hand sign and TT are synonymous. Does MBK have IP on skeleton hands throwing East? I have some shocking evidence to the contrary. Next case.

"In my part of the country, when you meet an Irishman, you find a first-rate gentleman; but these are worse than savages; they are too mean to swab hell's kitchen." - Davy Crockett
Edit: That's not how intellectual property works, Machine. The burdon is on MBK to show they were the first to use a skeleton hand throwing that sign. Tons of companies have skeletons throwing shocker on shirts, stickers, you name it. Google skeleton shocker and take your pick. It is not MBKs IP, I don't see how they could claim otherwise. They didn't create anything they can't control the way that property is used. Next case!

And I am not worried about who owns it, or who could sue who or anything of that matter. Just wondering if it looked like the idea might have been jacked from them, you know since the thread was about twiztid stealing lyrics, music, etc
as far as documenting who used the skull symbol this way first, it was MBK to my knowledge. Twiztid were literally talking to these people while they wore the shirts, then that Twiztid jersey comes out. If its a coincidence its a coincidence.

I will admit that it does look like MBK did indeed steal the image from Jersey shore t-shirt vendors.

their whole new look is skeleton related, has nothing to do with jersey shore.
so if mbk stole it from the jersey shore vendors, who did twiztid steal it from mbk or jersey shore?

I don't need to explain again that blockquotes glitch my mobile, do I? Regardless, scruffy said
"... whatchu want me to say...?
'wow, this is so cool, i hope everybody gets more and more angry with each other!' "
I mean, I don't want you to say it, but it's definitely the direction everything has been going so you may as well.
Anyway, I can't be assed into listening to any of these underground Geraldo Riveras if I have to have to, but I think I got the gist from the thread's context. All I have to contribute is that plagiarism in music is not always a conscious effort. I really just want an excuse to use this as an example because I found it funny and here's a good place to bring it up:
For the first month or so it was fuckin' with me whenever it came up on the playlist. I'm like, "The flow on the hook is so familiar. Where the fuck did I hear this before?" Eventually it hit me.
Now, did Scum hear this shit and think "Damn, that's that fire. I gotta gank that and switch it up a lil bit for the hook on my new shit!" ...Not likely, though it is hilarious whenever that Juggalo DNA shines through with any horrorcore artist trying to distinguish themselves as something totally seperate. My point is, earworms are funny little creatures that I imagine behave strangely to the ears of other musical artists.
The Source or XXL, one of those mags used to have a lil' side column comparing rappers who use the same lines/punchlines side by side. I used to just look at that waiting in line at 711.
As for what this means relative to the current topic I don't really know, I just wanted to contribute with my inane bullshit.

Twiztid has been throwing the east side up for decades now.
they've also been using skeletal imagery in their album artwork and merch designs for decades.
Now they've combined the two. That's hardly biting anyone. it's hardly an original idea anyway. big fuckin' deal.

MBK has removed the original anti Twiztid post from their instagram. I saved the url. It leads to nothing now.
MBK My Brothers Keeper on Instagram: “NOW I SEE WHY @officialtwiztid STOPPED ROCKING WITH US IT WASN'T BECAUSE WE ROCK WITH @therealicp ITS BECAUSE THEY WANT TO STEAL OUR SHIT!…”
