I’m just saying homie juggalos ain’t no normal type sheepeople there mad fresh and different and that’s wut sets us apart from the mainstream brainwashed zombies. . But on the real juggalo conviction rate is mad crazy high.. if I was a cop and I pulled over a car with a hatchet man on it I would approach was serious caution. Sometimes here when id as juggalo they’ll request back up b4 approaching a vehicle. That shit ain’t normal!

Okay now I’m curious about the lyrics of that first song (Barely Surviving) because of that quoted line above. I just listened into it but it’s too fast I dont understand a thing but “gangbangin juggalo”, damnit.
Turns out it’d be perfect soundtrack for the march, lol

I think the pigs are more scared of any black person, at the moment, especially the 13 year olds. They are not afraid of us, which is why they pick on us more often and try to find a way to get money off us.

Yeah, Ima step back on this release and see what the people are saying. If your comparing it to H&H, Ill soar right over this one. I’m with Spooky on this one, there’s not 1 song on that album I liked.
Actually, funny story time:
So it was release date for H&H my homie and I roll up to Best Buy and I cop it. And on the way I’m saying Man this is gonna be so DOPE and Twiztid said its their best release yet blah blah blah ya know. So we get back in the car and were checking out the CD and my homie looked at me and said “oh that’s cute, are you going to draw me a picture with your crayon” haha mind you he’s super old school, the last album he bumped by them was prolly Freekshow. Anyway, boom CD goes in and were on our way back home…..and I remember thinking this is the last dude I want in my car if this CD sucks. And sure enough, by track 4 I just knew the direction that this album was going and it wasnt looking good for the home team! haha He was rippin on me and that horrible CD…..Doing it in a funny way tho…..but 25% serious. It was just so embarrassing cuz i was hyping it up the whole day before the Best Buy trip. Yeah so, that album fucking sucked. I listened to it maybe twice on my own and…..its just not my cup of tea.
And I really trust what you guys say in this forum. As different as we all are, about 85% of the time if people in here say Its a Dope Album……Its usually a dope album. Take the new Lex album for instance, I just took yalls word (never hearing 1 song) and bought it on Itunes and holy shit! That album is a classic in my eyes. I do NOT listen to the singles anyone put out, Not Twiztid not ICP not Tech. It just completely ruins the album for me. So I just stay away from those like the plague.
But yeah, looking forward to reading some of yalls reviews.

wow definitely a different album ..surprising to hear the first song
it’s like R&B/rock with a lot of soft songs
sounds like it was rushed with no songs that stand out
one listen is probably enough ..that sucks

Spins the third time now whil I’m at work.
Lyrically I cant say yet.
Musically there are 3 songs that I instantly liked (Barely Surviving, Kill Somebody, Psychomania), but the rest is kinda meh. Maybe it’ll grow, maybe they’re just gonna be boring. I must say, I think the VIP single version of Psychomania is way better than the album version. Too many features that dont do anything for the track (/me).
First feeling: was hoping for something better

It was way better than I was expecting. That doesn’t mean it was perfect by any means, but I think Twiztid picked some pretty weak singles so I was expecting a total flop. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
I agree with the H&H comparisons. I think my main qualm with the album is the mixing/production. Twiztid has always had some questionable production (unpopular opinion: I think everything from Freek Show to Mutant was pretty bad because Fritz is horrible imo). But on this one it feels like the vocals are mixed too low for how heavy the album is. Definitely a lot more rock oriented than most of their stuff. A minor pet peeve is the drums on a lot of the tracks sound metallic. I haaaate that. Ever heard Metallica’s St. Anger? Reminds me of that. Also I don’t think this album has any particularly good hooks. To make a comparison to ICP, I’ve always felt like ICP were weak rappers with excellent production and an ear for hooks, while Twiztid are dope rappers with hit or miss production and weak hooks. I think that’s why I like Dark Lotus so much. Shame that’s dead now lol.
But overall I think it’s pretty good. Definitely not their best, but a solid effort. Favorite tracks are Barely Surviving, Come On Let’s Get High (just because it’s been aaages since they put a stoner anthem on an lp. There used to be one per album) and Psychomania. For me personally, it doesn’t come close to Wicked or Abominationz, but I’d say it’s in the same tier as Darkness and H&H. Which for me means it’s pretty damn good.
Also worth noting I’m not invested in juggalo culture and have no interest in the beef. Just a big fan of the music, so take that information as you will.

Just had a listen and it sucks for the most part. Jamie using his stupid silly voices is really starting to grate on me. Not one stand out track, lyric, or verse. fucking hell. and i love Twiztid. what a let down.

he was just saying, juggalos are alot more normal than your giving them credit…i do consider us to be part of the “freethinkers” category, which seems pretty normal nowadays
