Track by track review and rating

Love you, Bye: Short intro. Not much to it.   N/A

Diamond Stuffed Pillow: A nice deep beat leads the track into a catchy hook. The variance between the smooth hook and chopped verses adds a very unique feel to the track. The verses are well written and performed. 8/10

The Possession: The concept in the track is very unique. The thought that music can take over your soul is nothing new to most avid music lovers but this song gives a lot of insight into this. A great hook makes the track complete. 9/10

Y.B.W.: This track has a great hard hitting beat but that is let down by the hook. The verses are good and help lift the track. 6/10

Burn it Down: Another great beat in this one. His delivery is on point and shows why he is making so many moves in the industry. The hook is simple but it doesn’t really need to be any more complex. 7/10

Rhymebook Therapy: A slower beat here allows the meaning behind the verses to come through. The hook might be a little too gospel for some though. The concept is well developed. 7/10

Well Wishes (Skit): Another skit that is basically his messages being played on the track.   N/A

Shine: A much more upbeat track. The beat is simple but good. The verses and hook again are well done and allow his message to shine. 8/10

Big Chico (Skit): Another skit with phone messages. N/A

Under my Seat Ft Lil Bruh: A nice beat and piano backing lead this one. The verses are well done and Lil Bruh holds his own in this track. The hook is good. 7/10

Here I am: The string of really well done beats continues here. Nothing really makes the lyrics stand out in this one and that is a disappointment. Lyrically it seems like a run of the mill mainstream artist. 6/10

Claim it: A slow beat is backed with good female vocals. The hook is ok and works with the verses. The verses are the highlight and once again and tell a good story. 7/10

Y.B.W. Remix ft Dizzy Wright & Jarren Benton: The beat is the same. The featured artists do little to add to the track. In the second verse the use of the “N” word is way to overused and that hurts this remix. 5/10

Overall Album Rating: 6.3/10

Conclusion: With this being his 4th studio album the listeners will find he has grown with every one and this is no different. Fans that have followed his career will enjoy this album. Some new fans will really dig the beats and his delivery and some will not. As a whole the album is full of great beats that will have listeners bobbing their heads. The album also delivers on content. Most of the tracks have a message and that makes this enjoyable.
