1. Intro – A small audio clip from the cult classic movie “Saving Private Ryan” as they rush through the battle field like bars being spit into the pop screen of microphones in different Infect operation bases while cooking them up in their labs. Nothing else to say about it since it’s an intro.

2. INFECTAKONZ – We all heard this track and 95% of us wanted it as an mp3 so we all bought the single up on the Infect music store. Before I go further into this song I just want to say two words, Madd . . . . Maxxx. That alone is self explanatory on how his verse on this heavy hitting single sounds like. Purely devastation and it totally shocked me that he’s back on 7th Seal Ent. / Mission : Infect. BUT this is not his best verse on this LP and I’ll get more into that as we go further into the CD. The hook is nicely done by the most hated and at the same time the most envious, Lo Key. The chorus is nicely effected with distortion with helps the mood of the track because this song is suppose to sound like “If the decepticons were to blow up the world, this is how it would sound”. He truly paints a vivid picture in just the hook. It brings the most apocalyptic mood with the beat done by Saint Sinna while towards the end with Loke’s murderous flow. But I got to give it up to BadLuck, he obliterated the song especially since he flipped up his flow and makes himself sound darker than his delivery on “End Of Days”. Good track peep the MySpaces to listen to this first single.

3. Front Lines – I remember listening to this when it was only Saint Sinna with his first verse and hook and thought “god damn” and since now BadLuck and Madd Maxxx is it’s only natural that this track would be the next M:I anthem. I’m not feeling the back masking and reversing in the beginning, I wish they took that out. I don’t know who produced this but again this sounds like some straight apocalyptic pump your fist shit. And the hook is what backs up what I said, nicely sang by Saint and is probably the best shit I’ve heard from him especially since he brings the same delivery as the song he did with Trouble “Every time”. “All my soldiers ride and lets meet on the fronnnttliinneee”. Next Badluck continues to bring the same deliver that I enjoyed on the last track, straight battle rap is what his mind state was when he barked this out. You can tell Saint and BadLuck have that same chemistry that Loke and Tone have when it comes to collabos. Just like the last song everyone murdered this one but I give the most props to Madd Maxxx. His delivery was the best out of the three and brought out raw word play to the table when he spit shit about the spider-man movie and carnage, I can’t explain it well enough on a post so buy the CD. But “So I spell it so go tell your friends, M, A, DOUBLE D, M, A, TRIPE X, M , I, DOUBLE S, I, O, N – INFECT!”

4. Whiplash – With this CD stamped with a M:I logo you’d expect a song with T.O.N.E-z right? Yep. And Lo Key and Max? Cheauh. No this is NOT the song by Tha Wikid One and McNastee lol I thought it was when I first saw this song. You’d think after 2 hard hitting tracks that this would be a more laid back track, SHIT NO! This is another track saying “Can’t touch Infect, we DGAF, kill yourself”. The beat sounds pretty fresh, not as hard as the last couple but it fits well. The hook isn’t bad but compared to the last ones this one gets murdered. T.O.N.E-z spits out some word play like usual. What stands out the most on this track is Max referring to his first CD which will bring back old memories and the first couple lines “Who the fuck do you think you are talking to me? I’ll leave your forehead looking like Moses parted the sea!”. Overall this track is average but compared to most artists in this genre’s best song, “Whiplash” is devastating.

5. Bounce – The song came out on the Mission : Infect network site as an exclusive. This song features Lo Key, GrewSum and Prone Records artist and 1 / 2 of The Trailer Park Boyz, Kombine. Good party type of track to get the crowd jumpin’ to the “M:I! M:I!” especially with the head nodding beat . The hook is killed by Grew and serves as something that would make good crowd participation at a show, definately something they should throw up on the set list. GrewSum’s verse I have to say is my favorite on this one “Pump (?) your face to the concrete, put it the car in drive, drag you on the street now you really stayin’ on the grind” . Other than that Loke and Kom’s verses aren’t bad and I’m actually happy that Kombine is on this track because a lot of dudes sleep on him.

6. Infect Planet – T.O.N.E-z, Madd Maxxx, Lo Key on one track once again! And obliterates the last track that had all three of them, plus they got BadLuck back on this track. This would have made a great ending track for this CD for that it’s something that brings me back in the mood of “Throw ‘Em Up” off “Chemical Threats”. T.O.N.E-z jogs your memory by bringing up the “House Of Pain” and that there is “No retreat, no relief no surrender”. Madd Maxxx’s flow is what makes his verse what it is especially when it delivers up the wordplay but in my opinion Lo Key kills this one and will shut down most of the people hating on the internet. Good head nodding beat that fits well with BadLuck singing about people biting their sound.

7. Napalm – This song consists of DEATH B4 DISHONOR! Lo Key and T.O.N.E-z. This is probably the most different song because this sounds like a track that would be on “So-Lo” or “Chamiliatic” because the beat sounds like something clubby but the hook with the effects that are a highlight of the track give a mood that reflects something personal for some reason because it’s a loop of him saying “whatcha know bout me?”. Hopefully that made sense. It’s hard to pick who shined the most because they both bring that chemistry that makes it hard to pick and T.O.N.E-z spits that jamaican sounding flow which sounds dope. Wish this track was a bit longer though.

8. Lose Yo Mind – Madd Maxxx, Lo Key 2 SICK PART 2?! Damn might as well be. Something to note about this track is that it’s back and forth rap rather than “16 bars, hook, then 16 bars, hook” you know? “Don’t think that the little beef between us means shit”. that line right there should stop speculation that’s left over haha. This beat fits well because its a straight club type track with raw lyricism. It’s “2 Sick”!

9. For The Soldiaz – Loke, Grew and Da Murda Mitten Menace, Menacide up in this piece! This is a Soldier appreciation song and it’s natural to have Menacide on this one because his 2nd family is the Wicked Underground, I’m sure Grew and Loke would say the same without a doubt. The beat is really laid back and something to close your eyes and zone out to after a long day. Grew is too ill on the hooks and it shows on this one. This crushes all the speculation on if these guys really appreciate what the soldiers do, especially on how loyal they are, you know spending money on flyers and spending countless cash on CDs and that latest M:I charm you know. Lo Key shines up on this track and I can’t wait for the new LP homie. This track kills me everytime even though this was surfaced long time ago lol

10. Battle Tracks – Remember when I said BadLuck and Saint have that chemistry together on a song? Yep. Back on that heavy beat tip. This puts all the whack rappers in their place “Maybe you should do your rap to keep ’em all laughin’, and be the next big thing or the last comic standin’!” BadLuck is bad on the hook and basically says that “If you really think you can battle rap, I’ll leave your body on the floor”. Saint’s grimy sounding voice fits well on the beat because it reminds me of “Front lines” and his sick lines “Even if you reach my height! you’ll be forced to sky dive! without a parachute cuz your not that fly” and with that I think Saint stood out the most with this one. Serious sounding track, “Chemical Threats” material.
8.5 / 10
11. Pink Mist – Mich Milich up in your face. Grimy street horrorcore song to hold you over until “First Blood” drops. Produced by Saint, he made it sound like something off a action movie while an anti-hero or villain posts up in a warehouse looking for that unfortunate victim. Both verses are descriptive in a way that it paints a picture in your mind as the brains spew out exposing the “Pink Mist”. Saint did a good job on the chorus with his raspy voice then changed it up when he does his voice and does less of the grimy tone, probably because this sounds better on the beat. Out of the two verses I think Menacide’s verse stands out the most because it reminds me of “Hush” off his last LP, “Street Symphony”.
8 / 10
12. Outro – This clip just picks off the intro where a sharp shooter picks off the last unsuspected victims in their way with a sniper

Now that I expressed the good I’m going to have to cover the negative unfortunately.
The Bad: I wish this CD had more exclusive songs even though all these tracks never released before except for a couple sites that had it in the music player to get the Soldiers hyped. Another thing is that it didn’t have ClaAs, whatever happened to that dude? And Menacide’s disappearance effected this CD too, especially since he came up with this album name so I thought he would heavily participate on this one.
Better than “Chemical Threats”?: Without a doubt. This one seemed more organized and had more collabos with more people rather than just “BadLuck Lo Key GrewSum” or just “T.O.N.E-z and Lo Key” And the beats are better.
I hope you enjoy the CD like I did, because it’s the real reason why I did a review. To express my opinion on this CD, if this album wasn’t what I was looking for then I wouldn’t have spent 3 hours talking about it so it’s just my opinion. 7SE and M:I is who I’ve been respecting the most out of anyone I listen to, mainstream or the underground. And that is the main reason why I enjoy helping out with the cause.
