It’s been 10 years since BTNH Ressurection was released. That was the last time all 5 members released an album together. in the 10 years since Flesh N Bones incarceration. The bone camp has pretty much fallen apart from Bizzy’s cocane addiction which prompt the rest of the members to become a 3-peice group for 2 albums to Krayzie Bone’s recent suffering of a collapsed lung. Tho under the Swizz Beats Full Surface banner Bone did get renewed fame but the fans spoke..it was not maximum BTNH. The fans wanted all 5 and in 2008 it happend. Flesh N Bone was released from Prison and Bizzy Bone had just exited Rehab and now all 5 members are unified. And with that we now come to UNI-5: The World’s Enemy.

From the first song to it’s last this album is the true return of Bone. They leaked alot of songs from this album in a year and a half to give people a taste and it’s helping alot. “See Me Shine” is a song i see that will surpass and finally get bone out of the shadow of “Tha Crossroads” once and for all. Speaking of that song. “Only God Can Judge Me” sounds like a sequel talking about how things would be at your funeral. A real tearjerker there for those who never heard the type of hip hop Bone is known for. “Wanna Be” is a jab at the new rappers who have no respect for those before them. I also think the song is also another jab at rival Rappers Do Or Die which i thought that beef was dead since Twista and Bone are cool again..anyways. I think “Gone” is another dope fun midwest track but the Autotune that Ricco dude did on the chorus yet again pisses me off like every other song that has Autotune in it. It don’t piss me off on “Me Me In The Sky” cuz that song’s just another great song the boys did for the man that putted them on the map in the first place… the late Eric “Eazy-E” Wright who if was still alive would have loved to see this happen.Nuff Said. “Universe” is another good song that’ll just give you an excuse to bump this album while smoking some herb. The final track “Facts Don’t Lie” is truly an anthem for Bone that gives the new fans who just got into them a review of their info from Faces Of Death to UNI-5. That’s how you end an album there.

Now alot of ya’ll who heard this album already think it’s not the bone you think it is anymore and that’s sad. I like this album. It’s showed that Bone has Matured and showed that just like Strength & Loyalty..Bone can survive outside of Ruthless. For longtime bone fans or those just getting into. This album is good and one last peice of advice to those who just got into bone. along with this CD when you pick it up at the store…Grab “Art Of War” with it cuz this album is just as hard and as real as that album..Straight up chico!
