Over fourteen albums, hundreds of thousands of miles traveled, at least a decade, and pounds upon pounds of marijuana consumed, The Kottonmouth Kings have burned a hole into the music industry that no plastic surgery no matter how extensive can remove. Way back in the day starting out as the P-Town Ballers (PTB), Brad “Daddy” X, Johnny Richter, Dustin “D-Loc”, Saint Dog, Pakalieka the visual assassin, and Lou Dog the irie drummer, set out to make the music they wanted to hear. And make it they did!

A small group, all friends growing up, created what they wanted and made it work. Showing the mainstream media that they don’t need major distribution by the record labels by forging their own, Suburban Noize Records. Starting it over 10 years ago with only one group on it, to now with a numerous amount of unheard, under credited pool of talent.

From the days before when the “Gods were Humble”, to them crazy “bong-tokin’ alcoholic” driven nights, to the “so high” times of them “two hidden stashes”, creating anarchy in the streets in a “day dreamin’ daze” of “peace, not greed”, rolling through them “endless highways” so stoned, to checking out the “Kottonmouth Xperience” as they performed their “classic hits live”, to when the “joint venture” was “fired up”, when they were traveling “Koast to Koast” and finally revealing to their much loyal audience their third hidden stash of secrets, Hidden Stash III.

Over the years though the lineup may have changed a little yet always came with the freshest, greenest, chronic engulfed rhymes that anyone on this continent or any other have come to recognize as something completely original and breath taking. The kings have taken us down so many different paths to how the cannabis society’s world goes around and how when used responsibly marijuana has no negative effects.

The newest chapter of strait skunk filled, endless high times that are called HS3 (Hidden Stash III), shows how much the King Klique has matured and mastered their art over these past years. It has many, many banging tracks that begin with the first disk and don’t stop until the wee hours of the morning after the DVD jammed pack full of 20+ videos decides to stop spinning in your recently fried DVD player (from the freshness of this pimp-shit).

If you even begin to say that you are down with the klique of bong tokin, blunt smoking, joint rollin, pipe choking revolutionaries then you need to add this one of many instant classics to your collection, ASAP! It has a slew of many tracks that display the many acts accumulating to their on and poppin record label, Suburban Noize Records. Such great artists are Saint Dog, Judge D, Big B, Chucky Chuck (DGAF!), the Dirtball, Dog boy, and even Big Pak., makes a guest appearance to give us the privilege of hearing the great one’s rhymes for yet another time.

What are you doing still reading? Go get that shit already! Since that fateful day the kings picked up the mic until the time the last of the group finally loses life will never stop. Even after they’re gone there will be some loyal Subnoize Souljah ready to carry to the torch of radical, chronic reformation flows for all to know.

Bottom Line is, GO GET HIDDEN STASH III and get out from underneath that fuckin’ rock in which you live.
