I think that is entirely likely, I have not been since 2010, but I remember the cops rolling in there one of the nights. I hope that the owners of the campground know what they are getting into.

What suplex said in response pretty much sums it up. I brought my girl with me last year and she wasn’t down either–didnt hate icp or juggalos or anything, just indifferent. She now refers to herself as a juggalette thanks to the experience. She got sucked in by that family love. I hope you’re girlfriend isn’t the type to scare easily, look down in people for heavy drug use, get offended at innumerable requests to see her tits, and that you don’t get heated and ready to swing on fools everytime the hit on her. Because people will, bluntly. I had a guy outright ask me if I wanted to trade girls for a a day, and offered to ‘let’ my girlfriend sit on his face. Anywhere man, any fucking where else at all I’d have been ready to clock that motherfucker. But i was like “man, it’s the gathering and this motherfucker is high” and laughed my ass off. Plus he was high on opiates so he prolly wouldn’t have felt my punched as much. And that isn’t a fair fight. Lol

I’ve always drove to the gathering incognito anyways with some police and state police donation stickers on the back window of my truck im usually not legal driven anywhere any ways so yea don’t be fuckin stupid you’ll get arrested for driven while juggaloed new law (dwj) lol

its a party town, they know why people are there, to party.  that said, i expect that the police bullshit will be directly proportionate to the juggalo bullshit.  so dont act like fuckheads.  

in fact, the bottom line here is, dont be fuckin stupid.  for example, ive been seeing/hearing a lot of juggalos whine and whimper because missouri supposedly has tougher weed laws than, whoever.  well, its illegal, just like it was in illinois, ohio, and michigan.  do you think that no one here gets high?  no, the smokers just arent stupid enough to draw attention and get caught [well, some are].  juggalos, when road tripping through places theyve never been, have a distinct tendency to be stupid, do stupid things, and get caught.  

if youre smoking a coke blunt while driving your stickered-up hooptie down the strip, bumping obnoxious music at 84 db, yellin shit out the window like, ‘eat a bowl of poop, bitch!  cleveland juggalooooo!’ [or wherever], and throwin trash out onto the road…  well, yeah, the cops arent just gonna fuck with you, theyre gonna flat out nail you, whether they can pin anything on you or not.  theyll hit you with a charge they know wont stick, just to get you off the street for a while.  im not kidding, they wont even take a chance on juggalos fuckin with the regular tourist trade.  

so, real simple solution: dont fuck with em.  be people, not animals.  we do it most of the time, it aint that fuckin hard.

  This sums it up nicely…My girl has gone to three now but only had gone to one Twiztid show with me prior to it.  By the end of the week she got it…but she will be accosted pretty frequently…its a compliment to me in my opinion…we even got free shit from the carnies when she was only wearing a mini skirt and a bikini top so there are perks…

OMD’s (hot as hell) wife sez:

Yeah the one silver lining is that there are enough juggalos with common decency at least in my experience to rectify idiots quite rapidly.  The last year I went there was this kid walking around with a sign that said kick my dog 5 bucks or some tacky shit like that.  My girl saw it (We are both huge animal lovers) and went to go call him out on that shit.  I interceded naturally and explained to him that if I saw anyone kicking his dog Id put my foot up his ass for free…and as I was saying this two quite large native 505 Juggalos came up and basically took his dog away from him, because he wasn’t being respectful to it.  I saw one of them with it a day or two later it was fresh.

I also had to stop someone from throwing a bottle of spit at method man, because I wanted to see their set…I got a pop from the crowd when I did so the antagonist folded rapidly in that situation as well, instead of starting static.

These two instances both affirm and harm my respect for the overall Juggalo community at large.
