ILLmortal said I'm just up to "monster" and I'm utterly disappointed so far. It feels like I'm listening to a polished up mainstream top 40 cd and all the tracks are on the radio. That's all I can say. I actually like the "monster" flow and beat etc. but damn the chorus.. It's embarrassing to bump this shit at a red light. Hope It grows on me. Edit: Oh.. It gets worse.
in no way, shape, or form does it sound like a "polished up mainstream top 40 cd" and even if it did...the fact that you automatically assume that's a bad thing just proves how small minded you are when it comes to all forms of music and choose to be stuck in a box...as if Boondox is the first underground rapper to have female singers on his stuff lol I'm sorry man but that was a terrible comment...sounds like the rest of his stuff
"all forms of music" lol, wake up to yourself. Why would a person open his mind to a sound they don't like and aren't interested in? So they could conjure up "legit" comments to argue with on an online forum? Whatever floats your boat, mate. This album ain't floating mine. If that gives you some butthurt, that's your burden. I'll stick to my original statement, it never really got better on the second or third rotations. Still sounds polished and radio friendly. Still has whacky back up vocals on the chorus'. Still embarrassing.
because you dont know you like it.I was like that too when I was younger.Only wanted to listen to hard, heavy pissed off shit.I opened my mind to ALL types of music and now that im older I can appreciate any type or form of music. ex.MURSDAY..Go get that shit.....

Yeah listening to "angst hateful harcore kill your mother eat your cat" music can get dull after years. I'll always love some Pantera, Twiztid, NWA forever but I dig on Motown soul, positive hip hop, conscious rap, classic rock from 50's and before, shit.. people that claim the HARDCORE MUSIC ONLY line come across as grossly insecure and sad. Or just as a teenager.
