Been working hard at this lake lodge and taproom as maintenance. Cool thing is that sometimes i get to drive people around in a pontoon for an hour. Sometimes i shuttle people up this steep ass hill on a Polaris side-by-side. The pay is good and i just discovered the perks if i want to utilize them. 

Vermont is cool as hell. People laugh a lot around here. The kids are content and the wife loves her job. Things are good overall.   

Today I got to ride three different groups of people around on the pontoon. Got $40 in cash tips! From legal weed sales to riding a boat for money lol. Life is good. 

It's funny these older guys came up to me and asked me "what is your ethnicity?"... I'm like "mostly Scottish and Spanish (I'm also Irish and British and ??? because my mom was adopted, but anyway)"... they started laughing and said "we knew it! We are also Spanish and Portuguese!" 

How they could tell that, I dont know. I wasn't even aware of Spanish heritage until I was about 21, when my dad decided to tell me. . . Anyway, then I'm riding these folks around on the boat later this day. What a wonderful, stellar day. ✨

So from an outsiders perspective? this place seems like largely a few egotists going at it. Bullshit politics 24/7 - and I don't just mean like, voting politics. I mean shit like this cat miklo who acts like he's important enough that he thinks people should prove their music credibility to him.

80% of the posts here are the same two people fighting back and forth. 15% are trolls like violentjtheory calling J a pedo and some dude named kukluxklown? like seriously? and neither of them have been banned? and the last 5% are actually cool. I do appreciate the few cats who seem to just want to chill and talk music, and show the love. but this sure as fuck doesn't feel like a place for juggalos. it doesn't have the same love. There's some fights and shit sure. there might be a scuffle in the mosh pit, some dudes might leave bloody and bruised. but those same cats who were just going at it will hug it out and its love for the rest of the show.  

A lot of the problems could be due to a lack of enforcement. I'm not dissing Psyral, but he has a ethical policy of "ban no one because of Freedom of Speech". I don't agree with it, but that's how it is currently. That's why hateful rhetoric is constantly tainting our at-times awesome forum. Psyral will only ban someone under the extremes of pornography, illegal activity, or certain threats. That being said, I should've been banned several times over for threats lol.

It sucks and it turns away people from joining in awesome conversation every day, but it will go away (mostly) at some point. Then it will come back. The cycle of internet life.

I've known people like this nigga in the past and usually they don't just wake up one day and decide to grow up and start acting right. they need a wake up call. and usually that comes in the form of either a personal tragedy or catching a major beating.
