I didn’t think he was a racist either. I thought that the court case was racist, yes, but not Zimmerman himself.

Did you see the videos of these riots?  They didn’t send a message to anybody.  At least, not a message you’d want to send.  I support a riot that involves pushing back on someone who is oppressing you.  For example, if a police force is bullying the people of the town… you realize there are more townsfolk than police.  You can just literally walk all over the cops.  

 

Again, there is absolutely no justification for stealing luxury goods.  The message was lost, and now they look exactly like the stereotype they were protesting against.

kent state was a legit protest/riot, robbing stores because the police shot an unarmed kid who may or may not have been reaching for a cops gun is not a protest, its a disgusting act that does nothing but show the rest of the country that animals need to be treated like such.

again, this has nothing to do with race, it has to do with thug mentality, these people dont really care about what happened, tey see it as an excuse to get free goods. you dont see this happening anywhere other than in inner cities

Kid wasn’t innocent. He want for the dude’s gun while they were fighting. That gives a cop, or anyone, a legal right to shoot you. “But 8 times? 8 times?!” if you shoot someone you shoot them til theyre dead. Of course, you probably believe the version of the story that he was surrendering and he got shot for no reason. Just like you believed the version of the story where treyvon was the innocent victim. You know who the victims are? People defending themselves because some punk kid wants to buck up and try to act hard. People getting their homes businesses and property wrecked and burned because somehow people think doing that will bring this kid back to life. The cops who are only doing their jobs getting attacked when they had nothing to do with this. Not this kid who got what was coming to him. It’s sad it had to happen. But sadder still that anyone thinks the reaction of the public is remotely justified.

It was proven that Treyvon was followed and shot. The phone call is the proof. That is the fact. He followed Treyvon, after being told not to, and then he shot and killed Treyvon. What happened between when he was told not to follow Treyvon and when he shot Treyvon is unknown but the fact is that he followed Treyvon and shot Treyvon. Though, I highly doubt an unarmed teen could do anything dangerous enough to a full grown man to warrant getting shot. Regardless, until somebody could 100% prove that he deserved it then he is the victim in my book.

 

Now, you claimed that Treyvon walked up and started shit. YOU had really fucked up claims that were so far from the truth that I wonder where in the fuck you found them. Like, there was no car it was him following Treyvon on foot.

 

With this, the cop claims that he went for his gun. Cops are fucking liars, especially when their jobs are on the line. Do some research and you’d know that. Cops kill people all the fucking time and lie about it all the time. The witnesses say different. Personally I trust witnesses over lying ass murderer cops. Even then, you don’t shoot to kill. You shoot to make sure they are no longer a threat. Shoot him in the knee and I bet he will no longer go for the gun.

That kid was a victim, just like Treyvon was. I don’t know how you could defend this.

That being said I will put my two cents in on the riot it’s self. The riot got out of control on a ridiculous level. Like, I understand the protest. It isn’t just about that one kid,  it’s an on going issue of cops killing people. Of course the media is focusing on all the black people, but cops are killing many people. They are killing many people and then getting away with it by pulling this type of bullshit. I also understand why it got violent emotions start to flare and such. But looting the liquor store and driving off to go party? Like, what the fuck is up with that? You aren’t standing for anything anymore. You are just getting violent and breaking shit because you want to have fun. What at first I thought was a great thing, has suddenly become a fucking joke.

 

And since, I saw your last reply, I agree. Anything that has to do with the NAACP is a fucking joke and actually is a bunch of black people who think that they can speak for ever black person trying to pull the race card any chance they can get just to make this country feel as though it owes them something.

we dont know the results of what happened here yet, but we do know that rioting over it is fucking stupid and gets nothing accomplished except for giving the cops more reason to say see we need all this riot gear because look they rioted!

Looting without packing heat would be like sky diving without a parachute. Unless you were rolling with a mini gun I doubt your camera would escape my click’s grasp.  However that would get out of hand and include unnecessary loss of life on both sides so I would probably just mask up to avoid being caught up.

I get your point man and understand where you are coming from and in principle I in a sense agree with you.  If there was an explicit social contract that forbade looting or profiting from a lack of social order then I wouldn’t be the one guy thugging it up and fucking it up.  Its just that i take exception to sitting on the sidelines while others are doing it based on a honor code or whatever.  Someone is going to grab those TVs so why not me and mine its not like they will be there tomorrow.

Don’t forget the fact treyvon assaulted zimmerman prior to getting shot. And he wasn’t some kid either, those weren’t modern photos plastered on the news. And any racial slur is just as bad as nigger. Black people don’t get to simultaneously pretend to be victims while using racial slurs against whites. No race deserves a special pass.

And people need to stop pretending that racism is dead. One of my closest friends is black and I am always hearing people call him a nigger and treat him like he’s lower than dirt for being black.

Next time I hear about a juggalo getting fucked with by the police over his tattoos or a juggalo getting assaulted over some ICP merch I’ll say, “juggalos need to stop playing the victim”.
