true, im very friendly with many military, LEO types, and its about 80/20 on those who say if the president ever turned the military on the people, they would be fighting with the people

The first autopsy says he went for the gun and attacked.
The second autopsy says he was a few feet away.
Plus, I guess there are pictures of the cop after the tussle to throw in.
Court ruling was based upon the first autopsy report.
Either way, I get sick of the bullshit and slander that gets thrown back and forth between the two sides. It’s to the point where people are at each others throats just to be right yet nobody gave a flying fuck about the truth.
Micheal Brown was throwing gang signs in a few pics (though I’ve never met a legitimate gang member that graduated high school and went to college so I think he was faking the funk, stupid high school retard bullshit) and stole cigars but none of that had anything to do with this case.
Also, Micheal Brown did not run away and was not shot in the back.
Dude went for cops gun, if the first autopsy is true, and dude had every right to shoot at that point. Should not have went for a kill. I feel he deserves some sort of punishment for taking a human life, but not as as severe as people think he should get IF the first autopsy is true. Known facts lean towards that one though.
I’m disappointed with everybody on this. Nobody gives a damn about the truth. Protestors are not willing to face the facts presented in the case. Pro coppers are not willing to face the fact that cops should not kill. Shooting is one thing, but killing is another.

Also, the fact that the second autopsy almost contradicts the first autopsy is something to think about.
I still stand on vs. cops side of the fence, but this case I might have been wrong on and maybe the cop had the right to shoot.

Agreed. But until that gets incorporated into the procedure, we will continue to see them take deadly action and whatever necessary to neutralize the threat. Not only are they to protect and serve the community, but themselves as well. They clock out and go home to a famy too. police are taught to shoot center mass because it is;
A)the biggest target meaning the less likely place to miss
B) they are only taught to shoot when they are in mortal danger so they need to be able to neutralize the threat as quick as possible, it turns into a personal defense case. if their life is at risk then they have every right to shoot and kill.
i am not exactly up to date with this particular case but if what sean said was true then the officer had every right to shoot this person because he tried to grab his gun, if the cop didn’t shoot the person may have took the gun away and shot him. self defense/ kill or be killed. point blank.

i fail to see how information such as whether or not a suspect made a grab for an officers sidearm can be divined via autopsy.
