I agree .. Paying 200 bucks to wait in line for anything longer than three minutes is a waste of your time and money ninja.

Well first off, real juggalos dont want no picture so not sure why you asked about that but word on there being better things to do. If you are dead set on getting ICPs autographs though, be prepared to lose at least 1 whole day to the line. Whenever it says they're signing you need to be there at least 12hrs before then. Also keep in mind that things run on Gathering time. So everything is subject to change and they will probably be at least 1-2hrs late. Whatever you decide to do though, do NOT be that dickhole that goes to seminars to get shit signed. However, if you hang out behind the seminar tent you can occasionally score some autographs and/or pics that way as people will usually stop over before or after for a minute or two.
As far as KMK goes though, I have no idea how their signing will work. I would imagine it will still be off time by 1-2hrs and you should get there early but not ICP early.

Yea, I can’t stand stupid ass people that come to the gathering then stand in that ridiculous line all day long for what?! To look like another douche that says “I love your music sooo much” lol. Who is that pathetic they want someone’s name signed on something. I’ll never understand what that does for people. And yea, a pic can be cool, but only if it’s a legit moment chillin with them, not standing in line to houndog their balls or bumrush their golf cart. I hate people.

Bryce, not trying to be mean but I agree with everyone about pics & autographs. go get it if you want, but i believe there are so many much more meaningful momentos you will get there that just land in your lap. but sure, do it once, see if its worth it for you. if its important to you youll regret not doing it.

To Bryce, srry for sounding like a dick but like Deery said the time you put into waiting in line could be memories Ull make with crazy random ninjas. U have no idea since its your first time but there’s so much shit to do and experience it’s not worth it. But as far as your boy they ALWAYS sell tix at the gate, and its no more expensive, still 175. So your friend is perfectly ok, just bring the money with you.

Hi Bryce, Theres a few things that I would like to add to your list of things…#1 FOR THE LOVE OF GOD if you buy any type of merch make sure you lock it up in your car.. people will go through your tent when the concerts are up and steal even the littlest shit (i got my pillow stolen once).#2 make sure you have “oh shit”money cause you will never know whats going to happen. #3 bring a digital camera if you can get one, alot of my memories come from the pictures i took and the sharpie thing was a great idea. #4 bring hand sanitizer! by the last day you are so fucking disgusting (even if you take a shower). #5 dont try to record the concerts with a video camera, my friend got his shit taken away from security and they broke his camcorder right infront of him. #6 from the gatherings i have been to, the food FUCKING SUCKS and is very very expensive so plan accordingly.I think thats about it if i think of anymore ill let you know.

I really cant tell all of you how much i appreciate all this advice! I love the whole atmosphere of the juggalo community, everyone is so nice never met one mean person! Another ?, Can you take photos during the concerts? Im not gonna be like in the pit trying to get my camera knocked over and broke but i mean like can they take that away too?

I have never seen anyone get anything taken from them as far as cameras go. And there really isn’t security at all. There is staff that works the campgrounds … But they are just making sure your not stealing sodas from the spazmatic tent … They never seem to give a fuck either way what people are doing.

I’ve never seen security be dicks either, for the most part show them a little respect and they’re great full. On the food tip, keep an eye out for a big white box truck. They come every year, incognito as fuck, but if you see a box truck parked randomly somewhere peep it out to see if it’s the JUMBO COMBO truck. A jumbo combo is a burrito the size of your forearm for $5. Best kept secret at the Gathering. Any vet will tell you it’s the best deal for food on the grounds.

i for one disagree with this i don't think there's any negative connotations to juggalettes enjoying casual sex. if guys actually bitch about that they're just being pricks, like what dude would complain about that??

ALL GREAT advice and I would recommend sunblock especially if you burn easily. The last two years wasn't bad but 2010 was mad fucking hot and you never know what mother nature may throw at you and being where it is shit can drastically change so being prepared for anything is best. Most importantly, be respectful and have fun!
