Eh, sometimes you need to make a little scratch. If it was his wall, then it was definitely his decision to make. I’m more curious about the buyer. What Lucky SOB won that auction?

My wife and I won four one of a kind prototype jerseys at GOTJ 2002, but we had to sell some to pay rent. We gave one as a gift. Gotta make scratch sometimes, you’re right Guest.

The one we gave as a gift? Yeah he did sell it. Have no idea how much. We got less than half of what they might be worth.

Juggalos have known ICP were millionaires since Milenko. They didn’t hide it in interviews or anything. But they didn’t let it effect their music or who they were either. They still rapped about fuck money. They were still rapping about fat and dead chicks even though we all knew they were pulling whatever groupies they wanted. They stayed scrubs rapping about the opposite of what’s cool. That’s what made them ICP and it was entertaining. Once they started rapping about it in their music though and taking themselves seriously, they lost touch. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t wanna hear grown men brag about their money and hotties they bang and how much they’re shining in their music. I’m not groupie so it does nothing for me. It’s just the douchiest shit. And it’s being like every other rapper. ICP were the opposite of all that. That’s when they started getting called sell outs. Who they tryin’ to impress? With this second deck they’ve tried to go back to their old ways somewhat but it’s been too corrupted for too long and the magic is long gone.

It’s not just music either. Their merch turned to cheap garbage that even they don’t wear. The custom merch quality they wear now is what juggalos used to be able to just buy. It was the norm. Look at the ‘made in china’ pendant / charms whatever they’re calling that shit now. You could find the same quality at a dollar store. That’s another sell out move selling juggalos cheaply made stuff. As far as behind the scenes goes, none of us know everything. But I don’t think it’s any coincidence the label is the worst it’s ever been and their biggest artists have left. It all goes hand in hand. The music, the merch, the artists, everything. When things were going great, everything was going great. Now it’s the opposite. I don’t think there was one moment J changed for the worst. It’s been a snowball effect that’s been going on for years. Now it’s out of control and people are actually noticing it.

I definitely agree with a lot of this (the merch stuff especially) but cannot agree about the music part…sure I don’t like some of the newer stuff they put out but as far as bragging about how much money they have or how much pussy they get…newsflash…ICP have ALWAYS had ridiculous songs about getting pussy…its like Shaggy said in the Brashir interview if you walk up to a girl and call her a chicken neck in real life you’d probably get smacked that’s why its funny to them…I don’t really see the problem there and personally get a kick out of it more often than not…as far as the money stuff…I haven’t  heard them refer to it THAT much except for J talking about the platinum on the walls mostly everything else seems like them just making fun of baller rapping rather than actually trying to make a serious attempt at it…just my opinion though I definitely agree the label has gone downhill in a lot of ways over the years but I just personally dig a lot of their new music and don’t see why people HATE it or feel its so drastically different that they can’t dig it…I mean they’re in their 40’s now they can’t stick with the exact same style forever of course they’re gonna switch it up and try new things like every true artist does…now if you don’t like their new stuff that’s your opinion and I respect it completely

J didn’t change. the management changed! Alex dipped with his millions and that fat fuck/dumb ass took over! icp tried 2 take over the cheap mall stores and started 2 produce garbage merch and the music followed. the trailer trash/tweekers discovered the culture and it has all sucked since!

You missed my point dude. The difference between their pussy songs of the past and currently is in the past they weren’t taking themselves seriously and they were funny. After the 6th J got one of those god complexes like Kanye and started boasting about everything with no jokes or entertainment in sight. “Hotties” and “dimes”, money, drugs, how much he shines, all that lame shit every rapper raps about. Letting his label fall apart, selling garbage merch to juggalos, selling out every chance he gets, letting his health go. All signs of him having his head too far up his ass and not seeing what’s really happening. You can’t have your cake and eat it too as the old saying goes.

As far as the new music there’s stuff I’ve liked from the last two cards. But overall it’s average and they’re too PG for ICP. They’re children’s birthday party clowns now instead of insane clowns is how I see it. It’s insulting how they promoted the last two cards as their return to the old days. I think J would rather make dance music than wicked clown rap anymore. Which maybe he should. Instead of pretending to be ICP of the past which they’re clearly not anymore just go all out and do different stuff. The next card can be a disco album, after that a love album, after that a techno / dubstep album, then a country album for the finale. They’re not sorry they tricked us. The end… until the next deck.

lol…ICP do not owe you anything as far as their musical ventures go first off…second off could you name some examples of serious songs about getting pussy about being ballers on some Kanye shit lol…I’m thinking that the songs are still meant to be funny but you just don’t like the type of humor its providing…I do get what you are saying but I also get what they do and they’re not taking themselves that seriously lol they’ve been in this game 20+ years and have a pretty good idea of what their reputation is…if they act like big shots its to make fun of people that act like big shots…I liked Bang Pow Boom and Mighty Death Pop for what they were…I don’t think they should have done a new deck either but guess what…we don’t make those decisions they do and they have every right to lol if you don’t like it don’t listen…they’re also in their 40’s like I said and not the same bouncing off the walls, mentally disturbed guys they once were…so what if their musics a bit more upbeat or goofy or w/e…and this is not me saying I like everything new of theirs because some of it I just think is terrible lol its all opinion though

I havent bought any merch except for trinkets for awhile. The last hatchetgear shirt i bought was in the tempest era and that shirt was good quality. But I think J let his health go so he could rep for Fat Kidz. Not too many artists rep for big guys like that. Shaggy reps for the skinny Juggalos.

Not that they have even a handful like it, but don’t yall think the song Behind the Paint was a leap into seriousness for J and ICP. Sure there’s humorous shit about money, hoes, and being broke like superstar, boing boing, and out. But behind the paint is some good serious shit about fame and women. My point is, how many people can relate that song or how many of us? It’s understandable and a fucking incredible but I don’t find it too relateable (but it’s touching and entertaining). Either way ICP’s still fresh ass fuck but in a different way. BTW “I’m so famous, I’m so sweet” that song for some odd reason is one of my favorites.

I havent weighed in on this yet. First I wanna say I never doubt they love us and everyone changes. I think for me the changes seem so apparent because of the rise of internet social networking. When I first discovered them the mystery of them is part of what  appealed to me.   I think that was the “magic” that you hear some say is gone. You just arent looking hard enough. What im trying to say is lets quit the fucking drama and remember why were are here in the first place. The music

It was also cool when the “big” fan sites (think .com) werent restricted. lets be honest back in the day these sites, this one included would talk smack when it was needed, or release stuff found before it came out, and host tracks, i understand legallities but back then no one gave a fuck (and i assume psychopathic didnt either) this site, realjuggalos, thesixth melinko were all daily staples for the inside info that really seems to be missing these days, not sure if they keep shit hidden better or if im just out of the loop these days but i remember back during milenko-the 6th there was SO much inside info talked about that just isnt these days
