Damn, is this even about the music anymore, or are a handful of y’all just giving each other shit just for the sheer hell of it? The worst part is, neither side of the argument is innocent of it. I mean, fuck!

For the record, to update my first-listen opinions… I’ve had it in the car since I got it, and I’ve really been enjoying about half of the CD. Favorites are M.O.E., Smoke Kush, Might Go Mad, Roaches, Bleed, No Trust, and Runaway. The only one I skip consistently is I Keep It Movin’. I’m happy with my purchase.

Lol that’s hilarious @entrappedmind cus I Keeps It Movin is my second favorite song and just barely gets beat by Might Go Mad. “Readjust your occulars, I do what I want to homie you just do what’s popular” love it.

It’s like Walking Dead.  You now accept that zombies exist.  They keep their universe believable.  Even though they have a few fuck ups in there, it’s still believable to their average viewer.

 

ICP are serial killer clowns from the dark carnival.  Listen to their voice when they rap.  Their lyrics.  their mannerisms.  It all still fits.  It’s still believable in their universe.  

 

Now AMB are…. uhhhh?  I dunno what their personas are really.  Twiztid Dumpster Divers?  They’re not really believable. It sounds like they’re reading someone else’s shit.  Even if they did write it themselves.  Like that Tommy Wiseau guy that did The Room.  He wrote it and performed it.  But he did a shitty job because he wrote it for someone else to perform but had to do it himself.  That’s how AMB sound to me.  Like they’re trying to write a Twiztid album, but Twiztid said they won’t perform it.  So they do it themselves.

 

Again on the Eminem thing… just the fact that he’s like, 40 and still looks prepubescent and sounds like a muppet makes him non-threatening to me.  It’s hard to buy his persona.  

 

Again, you have no idea what the definition of “hate” is, and it’s not really my place to explain it to you.  You’re just using it to dismiss my arguments.  “Oh, it doesn’t matter that he finds the music sub-par… he’s a hater.”  That excuse works for ICP because they actually DID experience hate.  Whereas, my feeling is mostly disappointment.  If you go back and remove the word “hate” from all of these accusations against me and replace them with “disappointed” your statements would be all accurate.

Of course, I never said it was hate because you didn’t like the music (like I’ve said 50 different times but of course you don’t fucking listen) I said it was hate because you desperately grasp for bullshit reasons, some having nothing to do with the music, to dislike Eminem. If it wasn’t hate you wouldn’t come up with such personal attacks such as him faking his past or him sounding like a prepubescent ‘muppet’. You could easily just say, “I don’t like Eminem’s high pitched voice” but instead you go to the extra step to use an insulting rhetoric. That is why it’s hate.

See, somebody disappointed with Eminem would be like, “I’m just not feelin’ Eminem, his voice is too high pitched for me and I don’t think it mixes well with his horror stories”

You said this, “I don’t like Eminem because he lies about his past to gain a misfit fan base and he looks like a little boy”.
