Yeah I agree Twiztid did father 99% of juggalo rappers oh wait were talking bout AMB anyways…..I wish the unspoken rule rappers have of not telling their fans "hey 99.9% of yall are gonna be wack get a career a trade or something YOUR NOT GONNA MAKE IT AT THIS SON!" but nah that'd be cruel still necessary
So, what I want to know is what exactly are the similarities between AMB and Twiztid that would make you confuse one for the other?
The reason why most rappers don't say that is because most rappers have been told that they need to stop rapping. Truth is that majority of the shitty rappers are shitty because their dream is being rich, not being musicians.
it was a joke homie in no way do those kids from Co compare to Paul and Jamie it was my way of implying the topic of this thread applies to Twiztid and not AMB….I guess I wanna hear someone tell MC Murderface to try being a computer tech instead.

Does AMB suck? NO they have talent regardless of whether you like them or not you have to admit that they have talent.
Did AMB steal their name from a ICP lyric? NO they came out in 1996 as Axe Murder Boyz with the How Far Will I Go EP before that 1999 lyric was made, though it's common sense that the name is juggalo inspired.
Did AMB steal lyrics from Twiztid? NO name one lyric that they stole from Twiztid. You can't, huh? Probably because you never really listened to AMB. Funny thing is that Twiztid has used ICP lyrics and ICP has used Esham lyrics.
Did AMB steal gimmicks from other artists? SORT OF because of course the juggalo thing was a Psychopathic thing. They did do story telling albums like ICP (Unforgiven Forest) but nothing that really bit off of ICP. Either way everything from Blood In Blood Out has been completely original.
Did AMB steal Twiztid's style? NO Twiztid never EVER braided their hair like AMB did. NEVER. Even if they did, the band KORN had members with their hair braided like that. It's a common juggalo hair style and is actually used by other cultures as well. Hell, me and Warlock already proved this wrong in a different thread.
The only reasons that I can think of on why people hate AMB so bad is that either they hate them as a trend or they are bitter that PLC didn't win. I used to shit talk them too (honestly because everybody else was) but when I gave them a chance and bought the God's Hand album, I became a fan. Then I noticed everybody spreading lying ass rumors about them.
Oh here's another rumor that I've heard about them, that they were only signed to Psy to make music for juggalettes.
To get back on topic though, no I don't think they fathered 99% of juggalo rappers. ICP did, that's why they are juggalo rappers.

Sorry, I couldn't tell because so many people claim that they bite Twiztid's style.

Actually when I listen to dj clay's mixtapes oi skip most of amb's tracks. They ruined vol 4 of let em bleed being on like every track. Also there is no way they had the name axe murderboys before shaggy used the line in bring it on on ajb in 99. Aren't they my age, like upper 20's no way they been doing it since 96. 99 tops
Artist: Axe Murder Boyz
Album: How Far Will I Go?
Release: 1996
Label: Local Release
Size: 30.52 MB
not only were all those songs later released (or possibly re-released) but they all have equal sound quality to the albums they were later released on where-as stylistiks & tormented have a worse sound quality.. so i dont think that was an official release.. comes across as a fan made mixtape.. even in this song they list off their discography & they dont mention that album...

haha i feel what youre sayin & icp/twiztid are definitely the primary inspiration for all these cats.. but imo it was amb & their success that really that influenced all these kids to attempt to pick up the mic..

It's wrong for a couple of you to assume they are hated because it's trendy. They just aren't that good man

How in the holy fuck is that factual? What you said is an another opinion!! It seems this thread is pretty much down the middle. If it was factual there wouldn't be three fucking pages of people arguing over it. And for the record I think when J is at the top of his game the two of them can't hold a candle.

this bears repeating, warlock. he likes what he likes, you like what you like, fact doesnt enter into it. you sound like a dolt when you claim to be some kind of expert on talent.
back to the subject...
i cant comment on gods hand or any of ambs other albums, because i havent bothered to listen to them. i have, however, seen them live a couple times, and it wasnt anything better than any number of other juggalo bands ive seen.
maybe there are some bands out there that were inspired by axe murder boys, but not before the contest. if you conducted a survey, most would probably say icp or twiztid.
speaking only for myself here, thinkin on it for a minute, it was a variety of different things that inspired me to start recording. id have to admit icp was an influence, but one of many.
awfully paranoid, arent you?

Warlock is an expert haha!! This comin from someone who makes shitty music themselves lol. I'll admit that I haven't tried to listen to an actual album by AMB, but each and every verse I have EVER heard from them, whether its on guest appearances, mixtapes, or random juggalos bumpin their shit, it all sounds like garbage generic juggalo rap. I don't hate them cause I think it's a "trend", cause if that were the case I'd agree with all y'all faggots.
