uh alex left in 06 i remember seeing icp shit in hot topic back in 2000 & it was prolly there earlier than that.

I can recall at that same time i was seeing Hatchetgear in Hot Topic,I bought that Star Jokers Card COC t-shirt,Back in 2001 i think.

I agree with alot of you guys,As i grew up in the old school era,I didnt know how to find other Juggalos back in Jr High,I got into ICP the summer before my 9th grade year,I heard Chicken Huntin (Slaughterhouse mix) on the BOX video channel And after hearing it like 50x within a few hrs my sister had me sit down and watch the video,I thought,2 rapping clown this is interesting,I got my first ever ICP shirt which i still have to this day,I wore that shirt everyday i could to school,That was long before Hatchetgear was banned in schools,That was when i found my fellow juggalos,2 of my friends who were down since then are still down with it,Ive had my falling out a few times,But something always brings me back to why i am a juggalo,Ive said alot of shit about psy,but i can admit when im wrong,I grew up way before the whole Family era began,Where i live,I didnt know how many Juggalos were in this town,When i left there were maybe like 20 ppl at the most who were juggalos,After being gone for 4 yrs i came back and all the sudden BAM!!! theres like 20 Ninjas living on every block,I didnt know any of them,Outside of meeting these homies at shows i didnt really hang with alot of Juggalos until i moved back to my hometown in 07,I thought it was fresh with all the family love at BBQs and shit playing Juggalo Football with like 30 ninjas per team,But as time progressed,More and more drama was seepin through the cracks with all my homies,Some were getting locked up,Ppl robbin eachother, puttin blame on other ppl,2010 is when things really fell apart out here,Wed be lucky if we got 30 ppl to a juggalo bbq,It just started to go down the shitter,And now these days i dont go out much,I usually just stay home and out of trouble.I had to grow up and get on with my shit.I will forever ALWAYS be a Juggalo tho.

Do they even do juggalo football anymore? Last time I remember we had bounce, or as I call her, stalker ho number 2 there and she was hitting on my 14 year old brother. Everybody there started beefing with each other though. Fucking drama town I swear.

Shit was generally cooler. The Pendulum was dope, Born Twiztid was hella funny, Blaze looked like a dead motherfucker, ICP was crazy and Juggalos were fun to kick it with.

i agree that Blaze needs to go back to that 1LessGNDaHood look. was hella fresher.

I want to see the Blaze with the khakis bloody white shirt torn panty hose on his head and blackened teeth thats always been my favorite Blaze look.

I must say i remember when i forst started listening to ICP in like 97 and in school it was just me and a maybe like 3 other kids but those other kids were casually listeners not real down people who i could talk to about albums cuz theywere like yeah that one songs cool but theyre studid or just dissing. it was like that all through out high school too no one was really down man but then again they werent all over the place like they are now.

When i first started listening to them it was all brand new and fresh they werent saturated with merch and hot topic stuff u had to order that thru their catalog or go to a show. Now i think cuz they are very accessable i think people see the ahtchet man and think man thats a cool image and they want to were it not knowing the history that made that hatchet man mean something. I got 2 say like alot of the older cats out there when i got into them i did mad research trying to learn all i could and get all the albums and learned the lyrics and read the liner notes and absorbed it into my everyday life.

I think the problem now is that there is an unstated standard of wut a juggalo is suppose to be back then it was like if u are misunderstood and u dont fit with all the rest and ur an individual then come join up with us we just some clowns we get laughed at and stand out cuz we are different. Back then a juggalo was an individual who was themself with other individuals who just want to be themselves together. Now i think the unspoken idea is u got to smoke weed, get drunk, get tattoos, and act stupid everywhere u go. one of the things i liked about ICP when i first got into them was they never were a band who was all about getting high and drunk on every song naw they took u on a lyricall journey that let u escape where u were for a minute.

Maybe because im a little older i feel like the younger generation is not seeing where it all started and only see the merch and the bigness of it all now and arent really going back to where it all started and the idea behind the clowniness of it all man i was a clown before i knew who ICP was but like magic we found each other and its been a relationship i cant get away from 15 years ive been down man i think they are getting better and better with all they do. I really dont care who says wut about them they still help me escape and still inspire me as an artist after all these years.

I guess its true ima be down with the clown til im dead in the ground.

I'mma be down even if my taste for ICP fades like the standards of a drunk man who is desperate for sex.

I mean, I still like to listen to the old shit for that nostalgia. Can't exactly say the bring back good memories, just a time of great discovery into the deep deep world of juggalo music. I guess the music it's self is a good memory.

There has never been a time in psychopathic's career where you could approach them or juggalos and be like, “Hey there, I kinda don't have rent money if I buy these groceries. Can ya help me out?” so cut the family shit out in that sense. The family was always a connection between myself and psychopathic's music. I became a better person from it and used what I learned to build stronger relationships with people in my life who didn't listen to the music.

Whatever else you think this family thing is doesn't bother me any. You think all the chanting makes people “sheep”, I don't give a fuck. If it's benefiting their lives I don't see a problem. For years and years I've seen sheep too. Ones that jump on the bandwagon of thinking it's cool to point out how awesome ICP used to be and then say how shitty they are now. In 1999 all I remember hearing was that shit. That's a long line of nutriders, right there.
