I mean this video doesn’t necessarily mean that there isn’t a problem anymore. Perhaps ICP is still just playing the babyfaces here and could be like look, we still showed Twiztid love and they still didn’t let us know about The Gathering or whatever else. Guess only time will tell, what is there like 12 days left for Twiztid to reply?

Would a new Psychopathic Rydas album include AMB, and Big HooDoo? I think Hoodoo would sound cool on a Rydas albumMore than likely yes.
Would they even call it PSYCHOPATHIC Rydas??
Yup, It still be Psychopathic Ryda….They have lost and added members before.
Yeah they’ve lost and added members before but it’s always been who’s on PSYCHOPATHIC at the time.
If Twiztid, Blaze, and Boondox are on the record it would no longer be PSYCHOPATHIC Rydas… It would just be… Rydas.. Or maybe JRB. (Juggalo Rydas Bitch, that would actually be cool and make people happy)

Or it could just be J being too nice about the whole situation, like he has been for years. He almost cares too much about Twizid (which of course makes sense considering their history). He doesn’t want to see them fail, regardless. Maybe once he realized what an impact his statement was going to have on their careers, he wanted to “save” them from the fallout, even if Twiztid is still being dicks.
But there is also a very good chance that the reaction from the Juggalo community made Twiztid re-evaluate their stance on some things. This could have been the reality check that they needed.
Like I said before, hopefully they are getting shit worked out. I’m going to hope for the best, until I hear/see otherwise.
On a side note, ICP and Twiztid being cool with each other doesn’t necessarily mean Twiztid will stop being so damn full of themselves, so I doubt that that alone would “win back” all of their old Juggalo fans. They are going to have to show us that they can be humble. I personally have no desire to listen to an artist who is egotistical. Best case scenario, this whole situation could have easily brought Twiztid back to earth, and at the same time got their beef with Psy worked out (and as personal homies of ICP, gotten that aspect worked out as well).

They have been pretty humble, actually. God forbid somebody is human and blows up on a fan intentionally provoking them with touchy subjects. Plus, you people really need to quit hating somebody just because they are proud of their accomplishments. I prefer the ego, (not to be confused with delusions) that way they have the confidence to do what they want, the standards for themselves to be the best they can and the pride that makes them happy at the end of the day. Like, they have the ego to say “fuck this, I’m doing my own label and I’m doing my own movies and I’m putting out my own shit” and still are humble enough to say “with out you guys, we wouldn’t be shit, with out ICP we wouldn’t have been shit, we weren’t naturally talented, we started out sucking”.

I don’t give a fuck what’s gone on in the past. I see the past couple days as progress. Fuck beefs, fuck disses, fuck all that. It’s not entertaining at all. I like both parties, so a feud is not ideal in my eyes.
Fuck VIP singles too, though.
I don’t mind Twiztid’s ego until they start talking that, “ICP is trying to bring us down,” shit. No, promising 10 things and giving 2 brought you down.
And that “We don’t put washed up has beens on our tours.” The fuck is that? Even if it’s not about ICP/POD… who are they to say something like that about any artists out there? Okay, well, ICP doesn’t put on some scrubby never-was on their tours. If reading that pisses you off, then good. It should. It’s inflated egotistical boooooollshet.
Anyhow…. Moving FORWARD
But they have put scrubby never-was on their tours! Remember those one guys from back in the day they brought with them on the House Of Horrors tour called Twiztid!

I gotta kinda agree with others on the ICP video.
While it doesn’t mean that everything’s cool now by any means, it IS (at least) a testimony as to how ICP is feeling about things. I don’t think we can take too much from it but it IS an olive branch. No doubt.
And yeah…. the ball is still very much in Twiztid’s court on this as until they (or at least Monoxide) comes out with some kinda video or someone produces one of their own from a show with them saying the same kinda thing… it’s still on.
Personally, I think we need to see the four of them in the same room shaking it out and putting this shit to rest all at once. This game of telephone between stages and buses and videos is not doing any of them any good.
But at least it’s good for all the forums and websites. Content ABOUNDS!

So I can’t get my computer to break up the quotes to reply to specific sections?? but anyways…
–Well yea, of course that’s a possibility too. It’s not like any of us actually called up J and asked what he meant with his shout out. I was simply stating another way of looking at it. Another possibility would be that since I think I heard they’ve been doing the song Homies, they wanted everyone to know that doing that song without Twiztid didn’t have any underlying meaning.
–I think that overall there really WAS a negative response form the Juggalo community. I don’t see how that is me thinking I know the whole story. I thought that the overall negative response was apparent, but maybe not. I’m sure they received some support as well. I also said this COULD have been. It’s clearly my hope that it has been. It could also not have been…once again, that’s sort of the point of speculation. Of course the only people that know what is going on 100% are the people directly involved. And then we could even argue that they don’t even consciously understand it 100%. I’m not sure why you think that I think I know the whole story…I’ve never once said that. It was not my intention to come off as sounding pretentious.
–eh, we obviously disagree on whether Twiztid has been humble or not. (I’m not basing my opinion of that on the seminar btw, I think you may think that because of earlier posts where I happened to mention the seminar, but I’ve had that opinion for a couple years now). I realize that a lot of people, including a lot of Juggalos, don’t see being humble as an important character trait. Obviously, I do. One of my favorite quotes that I try to live by is “work hard in silence…let success make the noise.” This mentality clearly isn’t very popular in the rap world. But that’s why I don’t listen to mainstream rap where people often talk about how cool they are for various reasons. I also have no interest in hearing someone tell me they are the king of horrorcore or of the underground or of the wickid shit…show me, and let me judge that for myself. Similarly, I view loyalty as being one of the most important character traits that there is out there…a lot of people would argue that being true to yourself or doing what makes you happy is more important. That’s a difference of opinion, and it’s perfectly okay with me that the world has a variety of people who come from different backgrounds and look out upon the world in different ways. I also think that being intrinsically proud of your accomplishments and bragging about them are two different things (the latter, in my opinion, being a negative characteristic…and I realize that a majority of American’s seem to disagree with me on that).
Overall, my point is…of course what I say is simply my opinion, based on what I see. I don’t feel the need to say “in my opinion” with every sentence, because as the one typing of course it’s my opinion, stating it is redundant and a waste of space. And it’s human nature to think that our own views are more accurate than others’ are. We are all victims of confirmation bias, the polarization effect, our own attempts to reduce cognitive dissonance, etc. I am fully aware of that.

Most of what I’ve seen from your posts is that Twiztid hates ICP and the rest of us that think otherwise are fanboy tards… but YOU get it… Rationalization does not become you. Stick to your grillin’ and flip them burgers.

It comes to a point where people need to just not judge things when they don’t have the full story, because then you and others may put an emotional bias into something that is completely false.
You and I have have two different views on ego. I see it as a plus when somebody loves them self. Of course, there is a point where people go too far, as in when Kanye says he’s the biggest rock star of all time, but Twiztid is far from that point. They admit their fallacies, they constantly say that they were nobodies and would still be nobodies with out us or ICP. I condone the fact that they challenge people that are slacking. I think they are the current kings of the wicked shit, and even if I didn’t, I have no problem with them saying it because I’d rather them think they are the best than think they aren’t shit. They’ve earned the ability to start taking pride like that in my book. I don’t think Lo Key is the King of Horrorcore, I think King Gordy is for a very good reason, but I don’t mind Lo Key referring to himself as the King of Horrorcore because he’s earned his spot. Fuck it, they’re all kings. They shouldn’t lie to themselves or lie to others about how they feel. If every body believed in themselves like that then a whole lot more would get accomplished. But people don’t, people put on fake egos. Where they tear everybody else down and destroy self esteems because they were too scared to make their dreams real. When you hear somebody talking about how they are great because they could fuck your bitch or they make more money than anybody that is a fake ego, somebody trying to tear others down to hide their own insecurities. But when you hear somebody admit their flaws, admit they wouldn’t be shit with out this that or the other, admit that they are only human like the rest of us yet still love them self enough to claim to be the king of wicked shit or what ever, that’s what I want to see. I don’t know why that pisses so many people off. What, is it jealousy? Are people intimidated by the fact that others have enough self esteem to try and create dreams? Do people feel as though they are walking all over them? Because they are not. If people feel insulted by it, that’s their self esteem issues. Anybody offended needs to really work on building themselves up rather than telling Twiztid to tone it down. It should inspire them rather than insult them.
Also, I’ll tell you something I learned about working hard in silence. It does not work. I was never recognized for the hard work I put into the company I work for until I started talking about it. I realized that the people that brag about their work get noticed, and the silent people will not. Once I started bragging because I got sick of all the shit I did getting unnoticed while lazier coworkers were held as saints they started noticing how hard of a worker I was. Now, most people that work with me would tell you I’m the hardest worker with in my field. And my actions backed up my words, I never lied to build my reputation. I bragged about what I was really doing, and I also brag about the coworkers I see that work hard too. I’ve been fucked so many times by that company but I’ve always seen it as a challenge and when I overcome I brag about it. Like, I one time had two weeks where two coworkers were out and I had to do the work of three people. I worked my ass off, schooled it, and had it looking better than it usually does with three people there. And damn right I bragged about it. It’s one of the things I get to use as leverage when it comes to talking about my raise. I mean, I understand how in certain situations bragging can be in bad taste, but I don’t think Twiztid did that.

It’s hard to find proof because most Twiztid fans pawn their cell phones before a show for that $150 VIP single. Then they go on Facebook and comment on Twiztid’s posts, “Yo fam, I hit a hard time. I didn’t want it to come to this, but I’m selling my jerseys from last concert for $50 more than I paid. The $50 is because it smells like weed.”

Juggalos of the Juggalotus… I Have freshness to report! Well ninjas, after Friday’s post of termoil and confusion, all was resolved with a simple phone call. Jamie Maddrox and Monoxide reached out and called us direct late last night and we had a great conversation. Anyway I’m glad to report that Twiztid has indicated to us that they plan on performing at Gathering 17 and negotiations are underway. We even have a new, special show planned to debut. For the first time ever, ICP, Twiztid and Blaze plan on performing in it’s entirety… “The Wizard of the Hood” complete with changing stage sets and all kinds of freshness. How dope is that shit? We think it’s pretty damn dope. Twiztid and Blaze are our brothers. All family has arguments, fortunately for us, our arguments never seem to last beyond a phone call! Whoooooop Whoooooop! –Violent J
