I could write a novel about this album, but it wouldn’t be worth it. Here’s the cliff notes version:

For all of the “support underground wicked” hooplah there’s very little wicked shit. A few throw away lines about dead bodies and axes don’t fucking count.

There is, however, a track of Twiztid and Young Wicked harmonizing. Not like Bone Thugs. Like Boyz II Men, but poorly.

Sneak disses are distracting. It was bad on Triple Threat, its bad on here. The appeal of rap beef is listening to your favorite artists air one another out and deciding who did it with superior skill and savagery. I’d take one “I’mma say names” track and have them put it to bed to focus on new subjects versus this ongoing tickle fight that’s the audio equivalent to a passive aggressive Facebook post.

G-mo and Blaze both seem to flex more skill on this one.

Lex remains a beast. It’s weird hearing Bonez Dubb follow him on a track, its like eating delicious icecream and finding a dog turd where the banana should be.

King Gordy is a treat to listen to, Bizarre remains entertaining if anything else. Boondox doesn’t really stand out, The ROC had some good lines but I can’t remember them.

Gorilla Voltage are genuine innovators of sound. They’re not afraid of playing with cadence and style, sometimes within the same verse, and you can tell they’re having fun with it. A fellow listener pointed out that Twiztid does a similar thing, but said that Gorilla Voltage does it better. “Twiztid might have fucked around and signed a group who is more talented than they are.”

Their words, not mine, but I thought it was compelling enough to mention here. Also:

Flix’n’Chill, as in Netflix’n’Chill

I guess Juggalos do meme music now

lol I agree with all of this except Gorilla Voltage (the Clockwork guy was okay on here especially on Get High but couldn’t make it through any of Mr. Grey’s verses lol)

I’ve only skimmed through the album so far on Apple Music, and nothing really stood out at all which is sad given the number of tracks. I’ll listen to some more though. Something about MNE just has a lame vibe lately despite all the attempts to put stuff out and sign a bunch of artists.

I’m digging YOTS. I need a couple more listens to let it fully sit.

I hope, for the next MNE collabs album, that they have others provide choruses. I love me some Jamie hooks but fuuuuck there were a lot of them.

After listening to this, triple threat, prodigal son and every other sneak diss that’s been on every mne release so far makes me conclude twiztid and the former psy guys are never going to get over what happened and are bringing everything they got in a attempt to wipe psychopathic records off the face of this planet

And then there’s gmo who jumped in uninvitingly and now lex, doc and that fuckin little twirp bones dubb takes butt plugs had the nerve to jump in on this album

But yeah I don’t think we’ll EVER see another twiztid icp collaboration in our lifetime

I honestly think twiztid has pure hatred for J so bad they going above and beyond to let every one know

There is literally a sneak diss on every track on the album but listen to cut em up and tell me that’s not on some life time resentment type shit. Like mono went in

I think that’s the thing. They just have so much shit coming out it’s easy to be picky. I’m looking forward to the new g mo shit though.

So I bumped it all say Saturday (twice actually).  I actually dug the fuck outta it, I was kind of impressed.  I’d say about 2-3 skippers, and that’s it.  This was the best product MNE put out all year, imo.  The beats, the beats were awesome.  Overall production value was super on point.

I just like good music, and don’t get caught up with the he said she said bullshit.

However, its RIDDLED with disses!!! LOL Like all over the place.   “Your favorite rappers a BIIIIIIITCH”!  That’s right Jamie, he is my favorite rapper.

“Your favorite rappers a BIIIIIIITCH”. Jamie is my favorite rapper, so at least he’s honest with himself.

haha right.  They think J’s everyone favorite rapper, kinda sad when you think about it….

You can just really really tell that Twiztid is super butt hurt.  I mean how many times are you gonna bring it up.  Mono says in one song “keep my name out ya mouth, blah blah blah” dude y’all are the ones that keep this shit ongoing.

I REALLY hope ICP does not even respond to any of this.  Let the hurt ex-girlfriend keep talkin shit…..

Just STOP with the little jabs (including ICP).  Full on diss tracks, or nothing.

I hope ICP just keeps it all at that 6 ft 7ft track.  Please nothing else, silence is best.  Ignore little brother.
