Righteous times!Had a great visit with the Spook and his homie.
Unfortunately, despite how unbelievable this sounds.... we have until June 1 to either buy or leave our place. The owner hurt his shoulder and had some sort of midlife crisis and decided to sell it. With barely 30 days notice.
One year ago, this very month, the same thing happened with our last house. It seems like all of these Juggalo homie visits occur when we have to leave our home lol... Scruffy came last May then we moved here.
So we love this place but probably won't be able to buy it. Colorado home prices are gargantuan. We have excellent credit, almost no debt, superb references, employment history, stable jobs, etc... but the loan we would ask for would be insane.
So once again, we are going to endure a super-stressful summer. This is the FOURTH time that we have had to vacate a home due to it being sold out from under us.
Considering buying or renting a camper and living in that with the family all summer and saving thousands in rent and utilities.
Who knows.
But no GOTJ for me. Unless a "miracle" occurs. And I don't believe in those.
Other than that, I am good.

my family owns many buildings and you cannot just evict someone and to do so with 30 days notice is next to imposible
even if the building has been sold the new owner has to respect your lease and if you did not brake your lease you can stay there
the only way they can get you out is to say they need it for a direct Family member and they still need to give you 3 months notice and you get those 3 months rent for free and they still have to even give you moving expenses
and if you find out a direct family member did not move in in your place you can sue for $1000 a year you been there
call your rental bureau man because I seriously doubt what the new owner is saying is legal as long as you been paying your rent on time you should be able to stay and if they do need the place for a direct family member they need to compensate you for your trouble

Nah but one time I had a weird sickness after fishing in the rain where I shit grey. I thought it was lead poisoning from contact with sinkers. Also, once I shit yellow from another illness and the smell was indescribable.

Ive done that with Rockstars, they give me really bright pee. I could down 2 a day easily. After about a week its like pouring a can straight into the toilet.

These are super friendly landlords, too. Money has no emotions so we just have to go by the rhythms. The good news is that after today I will have a rare 4 days off so I can use that time to look for places to stay. We already have a prospect that doesnt open up til jly 1st. It would be a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex brand new 2019. Less rent than we pay here now, but will cost us more because my mom just told us the other day that she is moving back to NY now. She was paying a third of our expenses. It will probably be cheaper in a small sense since she wont be using utilities as much. Still, the place isnt our style... possibly little to no yard... not much privacy. But we will see.

I am a diabetic so I try not to drink too much soft drinks but depending on my meal I can't help it sometimes like who want's to drink water with a hamburger?? or a sugar free juice with pizza??
