Setting up a bit of a whiskey tasting for my reception. So far I got a bottle of bushmills 12 year and redbreast cask strength.
Planning on getting some redbreast lustau, yellow spot, and maybe some jameson 15. Mostly I’m just trying to figure out what cocktails to make with them for everybody after a straight sampling.
