So I was nearing my heaviest weight at about 260 and was feeling completely awful mentally and physically. I decided something had to be done. This morning I was 224. I would like to lose a bit more but at least I can fit into a couple pairs of my old jncos again. Hope I made you proud @Drunkalo

As as far as the Big Mac goes, I’ve never been too impressed by them. Definitely not the worst tasting thing, but it’s far from my favorite fast food menu item. You give them Big Macs the big smack attack though homie. Eat one for me

We ran into 'Bordens Grill something or other' for making grilled cheese. I dont know whats all in it but that shit was phenomenal on a grilled cheese and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It made the grilled cheese all gooey like you want to see in a grilled cheese. Commercial quality oozning.
Edit: maybe it was cheesy melts? Either way the package showed gooey runny cheese.

I just got back from camping in Glenwood Springs, CO. Ate a lot of bad food so after that rare debauchery I am heading back to my salad n smoothie lifestyle.
I make my smoothie the night before work.... usually always has kale, berry blend, kiwi, spinach, chia seed and cranberries... sometimes if I have them I'll add hemp seed, lemons, grapefruits, celery sticks, flax seed. Tastes delicious.
Then I make my salad the night before work... romaine lettuce, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery... sometimes shredded cheese, snap peas, onions. Some Italian dressing in a cup on the side or maybe creamy Italian if I'm feeling snazzy.
When I work long 12 hour days I dont have to exercise. On shorter days or days off I walk (usually with my kids if they're available) for an hour or more. My temporary apartment is too small for my weight bench and treadmill so I have to find my workouts elsewhere.
I'm not doing that great but the good news is that the last time I weighed myself I was under 200 lbs.

Just a raaaaaaaaaaaandom piece of advice.
If you're trying to lose weight, and you are a smoker (I'm not suggesting taking up smoking to lose weight, though it does work, but, you know, don't)
Whenever you smoke, or vape, or whatever the fuck, drink some caffeine
Caffeine, for whatever reason, enhances the appetite suppressing properties of Nicotine.
This is seemingly just a tip passed around from people who had it work for them, BUT as it turns it, it actually is true, a study was done that concluded that it is true.
So yeah, this is also helps let you stay the fuck awake at work, because now you can buy tons of coffee, and not increase how much money your spending overall because the more coffee the less food you'll eat.
I better stop before I start getting questioned about my eating habits. Just a random tip, don't hate me.

I weigh 160 currently. A yr ago I weighed around 200.
Not gonna lie... I fell off and was doin bumps religiously. Took some real homies to help me get off that horse.
I've been lifting weights and eating right for bout a month and a half now. Starting to look healthier.

So this topic had been dead for far too long, bout time to bring some life back into it. I recall saying I was around 260, I’m under 190 now. I’ve been trying my best to eat healthier and I’ve been exercising nearly every day. I’m feeling fantastic lately and with a little bit (jk, a lot) of work I could be in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Also, for Valentine’s Day my wife got me “Ring Fit Adventure” for the Nintendo Switch. I’ve only played it for a week now but i believe it is helping

I recently tried the Weight Loss Challenge and I was really impressed. It was easy to follow and I was able to see results within just a few weeks. The challenge was designed to help me set realistic goals and stay motivated throughout the process. I also found the community to be very supportive and encouraging.
