so what you taking coumadin?? if you are get off that shit fast you can't drink booze or eat any green vegetables on that shit ask for Xarelto you can still drink as much as you want and eat whatever you want with xarelto but your blood won't clot at all on it so no shucking oysters and you gotta use gloves to change a lightbulb cause if you cut yourself you will bleed out ..

It's part will part, if Kevin Smith can eat one meal a day and Bert Kriesher can survive on 1000 calories, I can too. I've seen those guys make great progress. Same with Krizz Kaliko and 1-Ton and Violent J and Madrox too. It all motivates me to keep going. 

If I can get down to the 200's I'd be amazed. My main goal is health, not vanity. You don't need looks to be a good Dom. 
What can I say, the more weight I lose the more I'll want to hunt for new pets. 

And fuck yeah dude, Morning walks are the best. I used to walk at a park by my house and every morning there was the same group of kind old lady walkers and one guy in his 70's running trying to live forever.

I recall Jamie also said he had this cool little foldable treadmill that he could just whip out any time on the tour bus. Which is insanely good for his routine. Got a 12 hour haul from Kansas to Kentucky? Fuck, get on that treadmill and put some favorite shows at eye level on your TV. He is fortunate to have that routine and is wise to use his time that way. 

And I'm not doing it for vanity, homie. It's all for health so that I can help my daughters and wife and mother face this world as much as I can. In an unfair world, they could use help from a real killa like myself. . . I mean, shit, I have a huge gut now, with unsightly jowls, tons of psoriasis scabs all over my face and body, a huge nose, a loud, obtrusive voice, I'm a loner by nature and my laugh is even wack sounding.. but I still have been with the same woman for 20 happy years. I've had two female rappers and a female professional athlete, all fine as hell and of mid level celebrity status, express romantic interest in me in my "tubby years" lol. I'm not worried about all of that..  . I am worried about heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc.. the Lyme disease and all my other weird afflictions dont make it any easier, so I may as well try to fight the obesity. Maybe if I lose enough weight I can cure my sleep apnea and not have to use this damned Bi-Pap machine that I cant afford anyway.

 

Tell you what... I'm at 204 today. I hereby pledge to lose 20 pounds by this year's Gathering. 184 lb goal, howzzat sound?

Let's do this shit together, peeps! Bout to order some new running shoes as we speak.

I think im gaining hibernation weight. Last dr visit 3-4 weeks ago i was at 122. Unfortunately I havent been doing anything different. Im in ninjas! Dont want it to start sitting funny... Just waiting for the weather to break so i can outdoors and do sone hard work around the yard. Good luck all

12 hours from Kansas to Kentucky? How fucking slow were they driving? I made it from southern Arkansas to southern Indiana in about 9 hours. 

On topic, fuck yeah, Goals for us all! 

Also weird as it sounds because I am uncoordinated a fuck, a good bit of my workout is literally just dancing like no one's looking, because they're not, That's why I have blackout curtains.  I'm trying to hit multiple areas of my body all at once as well as gain flexibility, stamina and balance.
It's the only reason my shoulders aren't completely fucked right now, I've gained back the majority of my range of motion, just a little soreness in the joints and the occasional jolt of pain if I move the wrong way.

According to my last Dr. visit, my weight is now 122 lbs. Which is an increase of 10-12 lbs. It was still chilly out so I was wearing jeans, two shirts and a hoodie, my tennis shoes, a hat, plus had my pockets full of phone, keys, wallet, and some change. The most ive ever weighed is 118 due to a strict half gallon of double chocolate milk for lunch regimen, then coming home for dinner. Don't know if im buying the weight gain but sometimes I feel like this little guy.

I just really love beer. It is my Achilles Heel. I have cut back since I've been a father, but I dont foresee myself ever quitting. 

I still do my fruit/vegetable homemade smoothies most mornings and a salad for lunch. I eat healthier than anyone I know personally. But the beer negates a lot of the progress. Probably all of it. But I feel good being loaded up with vitamins and I am fortunate enough to truly enjoy all the fresh veggies and fruits. I'm not forcing anything; kale/spinach/kiwi/berry/cranberry/chia n hemo seed/celery smoothies are GOOD! So are salads. I eat humongous ones. Just a small amount of Italian dressing. Sometimes sprinkled cheese. But lots of broccoli and cauliflower and carrots and such.

Yo it's been awhile since i checked in here so here's an update. I started at the beginning of 2018 made my mind up to lose weight was damn near 300lbs and wanted to get down to my bmi of 187 and happy to say my ninjas i weigh in today at 187! Killa weight. I guess it's been a year and a half or so and damn i never thought i could stick to a goal like this diamond rain in this bitch! I do intermittent fasting and walk and jog everyday pretty much i still drink brewskies but not as much as i used to. I do maintenance downtown so that's where most of my work out comes from i don't go to a gym or anything. When i started this thread i was rocking 3XL now i sport a LG. Any of y'all ninjas make any good progress? I'll go back and read this thread when i get a chance much luv y'all!!

I had hit my highest total weight last year; around 204. I told myself I'd never go past 199 but here were are.  

Last night my wife said it looks like I had lost 10 pounds since my mom moved back home to upstate NY. I haven't gotten on the scale in like 2 months because I have had such a fucking whirlwind year of crazy shit that I put my focus on other things besides weight loss. 

But as far as my habits, they have definitely been healthier since she left. Not sure why, but I have been sticking to my regiments more often than not.

My surefire weight loss habits: 1. Less alcohol (super important but I do have my binges).. 2. Fruit/breakfast homemade smoothies most mornings (or just a piece of fruit if the makings arent available)... 3. A salad almost every day for lunch (not much dressing... lots of veggies...)... 4. Light dinners... 5. Being more active

 This is one of my most sedentary jobs that I've ever had, despite being on my feet a lot (12 hours today)... but I try to get on the treadmill and lift weights along with going for walks and playing with the kids.

If I can just stay under 200 pounds normally I think I will feel content enough. But 170 or even 160 would be ideal.

Awesome journey Corey, just stick to the plans and its works in the end. I too had a over weight issue and when I mention I'm in a diet to people they scoff and ask me why because I 'look fine'. As if I need to be super overweight to need to be on a diet. Luckily for me phytolacca berry and regular exercise works. The whole reason I even started on this journey was because my doctor wanted me to lose at least 10 lbs, so it's more for health than vanity (though vanity is still a very good motivator). I just find it frustrating that if someone says they need to lose 10 or 20 lbs instead of 100 they're either side-eyed or not taken seriously.
