I've been thinking about making a thread like this for a while. BC i'm a disgusting fat body right now and want to lose weight. There's gotta be other juggalos out there struggling with the same things so might as well support each other and post progress we make. If your one of the those skinny juggalos consider this a weight gain challenge thread lol jk.
so I'm like a hair under 6ft, 5'11 i guess so i should weigh around 187(like a killa) but i'm currently at 250. last month i was at 280 (holy shit) idk how i let that happen but now i'm going for walks everyday, fuck running right now bc i'm still too loopy, and lifting weights and playing basket ball a few times a week.
I'll keep posted here and ya'll if you want post ur own progress too.

been a while since i posted so here's the update, i started out walking 3 miles a day, moved up to 6, now i can walk 13 (at least the past 2 days i have) weight loss? maybe 5 pounds but my legs are getting stronger and my titties are disappearing so that's a victory in my book, hardest part is staying motivated. oh and swamp ass, san antonio is humid as fuck it's like walking through water out here.

Don't worry about the numbers on the scale so much. Aim for being healthy and energized. Five pounds might not seem like a lot but if you're building muscle and your breathing is getting easier, you're doing great.

Keep going hellas! I think all this is great.
And make sure yall aint doing it just for the glamor muscles and no more titties.
Make sure u guys are trying to start and keep a healthy disciplined lifestyle.
The sense of accomplishment is what i chase after.
Ive been strength training for the past few months.
Gained about 10 pounds from last year.
Last i was super sick before and tidwell made me pee out my ass for days before.
And yeah keep going guys!!
We can all be juggabuff.
Just make surw u guys are determined but dont let that be fueled by like self loathing.

You couldn't be more correct noah the positivity is most important bc really obesity and depression go hand in hand. I'm not too worried aboutabout the numbers bc I know water weight, fat and muscle all weigh different. Any of y'all on the same journey as me? I wish us the best of luck and as violent j used to say when ruining up that hill "ULTIMATE WARRIOR!!!"

I'm at the highest weight of my life, 202 pounds. I always bragged that "at least I've never hit 200 lbs!". But it happened.
My culprit? Beer. 100%. Beer. I love to have beer. Lots of it, mostly.
I didnt drink yesterday or tonight after work. I try to only drink on my nights off, doesnt always work.
If I didnt drink, I'd look like a Male underwear model. I used to he a studly man.
I'm only like 5'7, too. I never felt short, but I know that in the average I'm shorter than the average guy.
When I stayed at a hotel the other day I did a nice half hour gym workout. I also have yet to move my treadmill to a reasonable spot. We aren't 100% settled in our new house yet.
So much stress these past years (well, life) has definitely influenced my weak behavior. I'll get loaded off beer and herb and eat terrible at night. However, I still so lots of fruit n vegetable homemade smoothies in the mornings and salads at lunch. Post-inebriation snacks are my downfall.
Being forced out of our house again was rough. Also my old friend gave us bed bugs (beyond description how hellish that was). Health problems and no health insurance to aid myself yet. My mom broke all her ribs and punctured her lungs falling down stairs. My closest homie went nuts and is back on hard drugs again. And is just a piece of shit overall. And my youngest daughter just got Lyme disease again out of nowhere, however we caught it by Phase 1.
But the positives! Everyone is still healthy enough. My wife finally got her surgery and can live a normal life. She also FINALLY got her job as a teacher starting in Fall. My mom recovered. My vehicle runs well. We found an AWESOME new place that shits on the other spot. Plus, all the weed I could axe for.
Anyway, back to weight loss.... I'd like to ideally get to 160 but that's not realistic. I would be content with 170. I felt big at 170 a few years back... how little did I know buahahah!
Anyone wanna do some contests? Like 5 pounds minimum loss a month. I'd be 197 if I succeeded. Last time I tried hard I got back down to like 188. MyFitnessPal app helped.

I'd be down for that. I've always been a stick figure until recently. But I hit 170 a month ago and feel like a fuckin blob even though that's perfectly within the average for someone of my height. A hair over 6 foot. I even went so far as to join a gym to try to get back to my old ways. But I'm still hovering at 170 because probably 30 pounds of that is bullshit that will get replaced with non-bullshit as I work out.
I used to be able to drink beer and eat whatever the fuck I wanted with no consequence, but now it seems like my body is no longer buying that bullshit, haha. Guess I'm getting old. But yea, I'd love to go back down to 150, cuz I felt great with that physique.

I was at 280 currently at 250 I cut out fast food by about 99% literally all home made now, I don't use celery salt but I use sea salt don't know if that's the same and I drink tons of water and sweat when like crazy when I walk and lift light weights to get more reps in. My face isn't so puffy since I cut back on the salt.

Didnt drink or toke for four days and nights, ate under my daily numbers using MyFitnessPal, lost 5 pounds.
Tonight I will be drinking and toking again, and on my nights off. I'll probably gain a pound or two back.
So I will simply just not drink or go over my daily numbers on work nights. It's easy and the results make me super happy.
Eating homemade salads and tiny breakfasts helps a bunch.
Most fast food or even restaurant salads are either full of more calories than the burger or just lettuce with unhealthy stuff on them.
I like my salads chock full of fresh cut veggies. Just a drizzle of dressing. No cheese or meat needed.
