I want in fellas, but i have to work the opposite way. Im 37 years old, 5'4, and have never broke 115 lbs. I still have pants in my closet from when i was in school and they fit. Ive told myself many times that i just need to eat more and ill put on some weight but im fairly lazy and it will just sit funny and ill look frumpy. If yall are motivated to exercise and lose weight, ill read along and maybe be motivated to gain. Ive been tired of being the little guy all my life and have never done anything about it. Until now...

Thank you boys and good luck

hell yeah man, if you really wanna put on some bulk make sure you're eating a lot of protein and forcing that work out, soon you'll discover that laziness to an excess was a thing of the past. at least that's what's going on with me right now.

haven't checked in for a while but still pushing it every day, i think i started this thread maybe a month ago, so far i dropped down another 10-13 lbs and increased my endurance in a bunch of shit like push ups. my problem is i gotta curb my appetite that's the hardest part imo

good luck everyone! keep that drive

I lost my 4-5 pounds during work and on my days off I'll probably gain it back from beer drinking soon. I burned around 650 calories according to my app earlier... I was pulling huge weeds out of my flower pit for over 2 hours. The estimate of calories burned was for "gardening - general" so perhaps I burned more due to the extremity of my work. It was in the blazing hot sun and I was pouring sweat.

Just assembled a new weedwacker. My original one is one of those lithium battery-powered ones, and they only let you trim for 15-20 minutes tops, then you have to charge them for like 4 hours. So I bought a real deal 2 cycle engine one, and one of those yellow 3 bladed attachments that I used to use when chopping thick brush for my pops in rural NY. . . I'm sore from earlier but was still going to trim, however my gasoline in my red tank is over 2 months old, and they say not to mix your oil into any gas over a month old. So I'll put the gas in my vehicle and fill er up tomorrow. So there will be some more exercise there.

Still under my calories, and had some of mom's pulled pork sandwiches. Beer and bud, soon....

Much success to all.

Congrats man that's a good weight to be at. Losing weight over time like you did is far better than a crash diet, that's how you end up with that loose skin looking like elephant ears and shit. I've been meaning to get a punching bag too that shit's good for the sides (under armpits i don't know technical terms) and also the back. I think working out the back is super under rated and actually i'm clueless as to how to get started on that shit. It's easy to neglect bc wtf you never really see it, i see my gut everyday but forget all about the muscles protecting my spine lol. A lot of clothes that weren't fitting at the beginning of the year are starting to get a little loose on my and that boosts my confidence like a MF. keep up the good work ninjas!!

I was at my lowest 190last year. But thats like gathering and diarria weightloss. Haha also u can be dummy strong and have no mass. Skinny guy can be as strong as big guy. Im trying to be glamorous over here.

Back workouts should be implemented in ur weekly workout regiment.

Aka back day/maybe leg day.

Back workout! Dont do chest and back on the same day. This guy is the truth.

This right here made me lol it reminded me of It's Always Sunny when Dennis says that he's going for the Jesus on the cross look lol i'm sure you didn't mean it that way but made me laugh anyway. I'm not going for so much a skinny look but more like solid mass if that makes sense, i live down here in Texas and women love a stocky dude so the weight loss is just to get rid of this bullshit jelly disgusting fat body that's covering my core, that's where the back work out's gonna come in as well as all the other shit i been doing. thanks btw i'm def gonna check out those vids.

Feeling pretty pumped about that! I normally eat one meal a day, hard to force yourself to eat more. But then again its hard to force yourself to work out and exercise. Ill get there man. Keep up the good work!

Been awhile since I've been on, but I thought I would jump in on the action. 3 weeks ago went to the Dr. and I weigh 320. Figured if I didn't make some changes my health would start going to shit. Didn't realize I had ballooned out so much. Last 3 weeks I have been mainly walking and building my stamina back up. Down to 313. Went from walking half a mile to 3 a day. Next Monday I will start hitting the gym with some friends. Awesome job to those that are already losing weigh.

313lbs and walking 3 miles, holy shit! I for real know a guy that weights 350+ and refuses to walk from the couch to the kitchen "he has issues". He has a power chair no less than 5 feet from him at all times. Another guy at work weighing 300+ asks for everything that he has to stand up for, to be handed to him. Kudos to you man!

What's this, People motivating each other to not be fat and actually work out? I'm In.

Hi there, Name's Cody, I've been fat as fuck for far too long. I was doing great a few years ago, Lost damn near 200lbs, Working out every day, got a legit no potential jail time job, THEN SHIT WENT SIDEWAYS.
3 deaths and 2 years later, I'm sick of being depressed and gaining weight back.
I've been focusing more on meat and vegetables again, keeping time in mind when I eat and working out.....when I'm not feeling like a lazy shit. It's a mentality, I'll get back into it the better I feel.

So yeah, nice thread, this is a challenge I need.
