Mother fuckers with big scary barking dogs that claim they don't bite. I've been on their side of the fence so I understand but at the same time strange dogs are scary and I personally have been surprised by a dog I knew actually trying to bite somebody when I didn't think it would.

when you hit add reply, in the bottom left hand corner you will see a button that says Upload Attachment click on that button.
Another window will drop done from there, at the bottom left hand of that window there is a add files button click it
Select which picture you want from your computer and hit the button Start Upload.
once picture is uploaded hit the add reply button
