If you can take a step back from your own viewpoint, you, scruffy, novocaine, the naked puppies, etc. just had a pretty fucking interesting and worthwhile exchange of perspectives. It’s also pretty clear that @jiffylong has his head screwed on straight, remarkably so for someone his age, and he’s not about to fuck his life up because of shit people are posting in this thread.

yeah, knowing that jiffy is relatively well liked and way too polite to tell us we are fucking weirdos changes my perspective a bit. in all honesty i was expctin deadlybitch to come on and tell us that he’d been grounded/arrested/hospitalised or some shit. props dude.
If people like you and this guy is just being a dick, i would probably suggest just laughing it off (which i assume you are doing now) and if it escalates then punch that fucker in the throat and when he goes does a few swift kicks to the guts to ensure he wont bother you again.
gawd, my mobile died cos i forgot to charge it last night so i slept like 11 hours. hate when that happens lol. now i feel all overslept n shit.

my assessment as well, excepting that it is because of his age that i assess it that way.
i think [just my read] what this ultimately breaks down to, is that lucky sees my scenario as a crime, legally and/or morally, and therefore he simply cant do it, unless he has no other choice. whereas i see it as a tactical action [with an intended result], but one which has potential consequences that are somewhat steep, if. can or cant isnt the question; we all know that you can do it, the point is whether or not one chooses to. which then makes it a question of ‘right’ or ‘wrong’, and ive long maintained that those are extraordinarily variable and subjective terms.
its all relative, just like everything else that involves people.

You have as much room to talk as anyone else. Violent wars like the American Revolution occurred to guarantee you that Constitutional right. As far as standing and fighting to make a point, slavery still exists on this planet so you may wanna ask a slave what they think about that idea.
