2. reality check your 16, chances are you wont even remember him in 10 years. just ignore the little bitch. 

3. if he wont go away this is what you do. (Disclaimer: i do not condone the following solution and any repercussions you may incur are your own problem.) Go to him and offer to squash any beef they may or may not exist between you. get your hands on a relatively nice bottle of some hard spirit you both enjoy and get him nice and drunk (try to stay sober as much as you can) and when he lets his guard down, take that bottle and break it over his stupid fucking head and proceed to kick the absolute shit out of him.

Dont let anyone get any footage of it so that when he tries and and goes to the cops/parents/other authority figures you just tell them he drank a little too much and fell down some stairs. for realism maybe push him down some stairs as well. you’ll get in less trouble for getting a little drunk then you will for teaching him a hard lesson.

4. if your a bit soft for option 3, its certainly not for everyone. fight him. plain and simple, nothing like a good old fashioned punch on between (former) friends to mend a relationship. you might get beat down, but if you take it like a man no-one will think less of you. and if you beat the shit out of him (remember there is no such thing as a fair fight, i suggest taking a handful of sand with you to throw in his face, works a charm every time) well noone will talk shit about you again for a while.
