I feel like there is bubbling animosity on both sides and we are going to see it explode before that happens.
Unless this whole thing is a work. Maybe it’s not likely, but it’s not impossible either.
For instance, I don’t think the tension over GOTJ and Violent J calling out Twiztid for not answering his calls last year was entirely made up, but they definitely kept the resolution under wraps a little bit to add the drama of Twiztid’s surpise set at Juggalo Day. I think a lot of this shit is like that. These controversies aren’t totally faked necessarily, but both PSY and MNE know that this kind of shit is what keeps Juggalos’ attention, and they both win from that. Like when all the rumors were going around about Boondox jumping to MNE- as long as people are thinking and talking about it, it’s a good thing for both of them.

Just because you’re a blind follower doesn’t mean they all are. Plus, like I’ve mentioned before, if they were wack they would have fallen off. Like R.O.C. You know that dude is not making a living off of music so no they don’t make most of their money off of sheep.
you don’t think he made some kind of money off doing an album and touring with Blaze and Twizzler? and his EP + his portions of the Homebound tape sales?
I imagine he’s not rich by any means since he was bankrupt a few years back (or something like that) but he’s gotta be making $ off rap

Why would you buy merch from shitty artists? I barely even buy it from artists I like.
like he said. to support them.
some take it further than others. sounds to me like nyro was buyin stuff from people that support people that he supports, so thats a bit further than the mean, id guess.
ive bought stuff from shitty artists just to give them a few extra bucks. usually cuz i knew em.
okay, yeah, i said ‘shitty artists’, noah. but… i also buy stuff from good artists i know. as you were already aware.

Not a lot. Point being sheepalo support doesn’t give them that life style. Putting out consistent quality music does.

I would not buy merch from a shitty artist. Because their art is shit, they need to up their art game.
Except that time I bought MudFace. But I appreciated the instrumental art of that soooo.

shitty might be an exaggeration.let us say, ‘music i wouldnt have bought if i didnt know em’.
The moment I put ABK in the shitty artist category that’s when you thought, “Hmmm, yes, spose those artists I supported were not as bad as ABK, perhaps they aren’t that shitty”.

So are they really that selfish not to attend the march for us, the juggalos.
Maybe not selfish but it’s absolutely fucked up. No idea what their reasoning is behind not going but they have to be aware of what they’re saying by not only not attending but saying that no one on their label is going to be there either. Regardless of what that really means, it reads as a “fuck you” to anyone that legit thinks this march is something bigger than a label or band PR. It’s them spitting in a LOT of Juggalos faces, which they have a history of doing anyway. It’s just usually not on this large of a scale.
Personally, I’m not surprised at all. I’ve been seeing them distancing themselves from Juggalos for years now and this is just more of the same. Eventually people will realize that and rip the band-aid off.

Just out of curiosity, what do people think this march will actually accomplish?
Best Case Scenario:
It won’t do shit for the gang thing but it might cause some people to actually think about Juggalos for more than the few seconds it takes to come up with a magnets joke. They might actually consider Juggalos to be people when it’s all done, who knows. Also, it will absolutely bring in some new Juggalos.
Worst Case Scenario:
Some stupid Juggalos will jump to the mob mentality shit that kind of works at shows/gatherings, there will be tear gas, the exact same Juggalos will scream “OPPRESSION!” and the whole event will just add more fuel to the fire for those kinds of Juggalos.

I still don’t know what to make of the whole Juggalo March thing in general, but, it’s happening. That being said, I think it’s complete and total bullshit that Twiztid would decline. It’s not like they had some great reason, they just said the “MNE family stands together.” It’s like, ok? You guys run MNE, stand together in going to the goddamn march because the entire roster, especially Twiztid, owes damn near everything to ICP and Psychopathic. The vast majority of their profits come from Juggalos’ pockets, but beyond that, how are you going to stand up ICP like that given what they’ve done for Twiztid’s careers? I love Twiztid and think they are super talented, but, this is a shady move for sure.

Getting back to Twiztid’s response, the first sentence is: “As an MNE family we stand together”…
That should be very telling to everyone from the get.
Hmm, how many disgruntled former members of Psychopathic have they snatched up and how many of those would more than likely NOT want to go to the march as a result? Maybe enough for there to have been some kind of round-table discussion that includes something like, “Twiztid shouldn’t be there if the rest of us aren’t”?
Cuz this shit has gone from a couple of artists wanting to break off to do their own thing to “Hey, let’s snap up everyone Psychopathic pisses off on any given day and pretend like it’s all good for everyone else”.
Of course, this could all be one big fuckin’ put-on.
Maybe Twiztid will still show up not as Twiztid but as “themselves”, outside of the band name…?

The R. O. C. Is there simply because Twiztid loves the way his tongue feels on their nutsacks. Similar to how I like going back and forth with you. It strokes me in ways you could never fathom.

Scruffy pretty much nailed it. If I got the money and I am feeling nice I help out. It is hard business to get into and succeed to where you can make a living off of it. I am a guy that treats all Juggalos like family in person whether it is shitty artists, a meth head or fucking Rob Tidwell. They are all humans to me and I treat them as such.
That’s not stupid it is just me doing me. Don’t get it twisted I may not agree with everything everyone says but it doesn’t mean I don’t give a shit.
I am a rude, crude, flamboyant guy that can also be low key and plot things out before turning into a xanaxed induced ball of sexual kindness that makes even the oddest Juggalo feel uncomfortable.
At the same time I can be reasonable, caring and a softy. Just depends how my meds are doing that day.

I think you got it wrong on how they make money. 2k of the merch I purchased last year was of artists I don’t like just to show love.I am pretty sure a lot of juggalos buy stuff from artists that are not their favorite just to show support.
you spent 2k last year on shitty merch of people you dont even like? LOL

Yeah, and a lot of it was given away. No big deal. I used to waste 5x that on video games sadly.
So are you like a goddamn millionaire?! But for real, I appreciate what you’re saying about buying merch even if you weren’t totally into the band or rapper or whoever. I used to play in a band in college to some moderate success, but it always meant a lot for people to come and buy our CD or a shirt or whatever. I try to do the same when I go see bands, if I enjoyed the show even if I’m not going to turn into some mega fan, I will buy their CD or a shirt or something. Maybe not 2k per year, but, a little something..

Naw man. All our shit was paid for last year.
Money has slid a little after my accident but we still do just fine.
If you don’t have a house or car payment you do pretty well man.
