probably the last night when half the crowd is gone, if not they will play friday and not be the headliners.

As far as we know it won’t affect the Gathering at all. As far as we know they will be at every Gathering each and every year as always. I heard straight from Monoxide's mouth that they will be playing the gathering, and "none of that shit is going to change". After speaking with him, it seemed that there really is no beef between ICP and Twiztid, they just needed to grow musically and psychopathic "couldn't handle two bigs acts". So I do think we will be hearing more of Lotus and Rydas just on a limited basis. But yes according to him, Twiztid will be playing and based on what he said, Lotus and Rydas will be playing as well.
