A homie of mine and I were just talking about how awesome he would be making beats for / working with dark lotus. Since dark lotus is probably dead, we're thinking maybe just a dark, brooding icp / tricky collab project. Something that ends up being a one time thing with a unique concept. We talked about writing an open letter / petition to try and make it happen but I think it was just talk.

I spend way too much time day dreaming about music that doesn't exist. Lol.

Ya, after I posted that came to mind. That's a band that sells out full arenas, months ahead of time, every time they come to the states.

There are lots of bands that I would love to see...but I don't think that they should book anyone who charges a ton, even if it's not a "fuck you" price. Artists should WANT to play the gathering. It's a fucking honor. And Juggalos are sort of known for not being all about what's hot for the summer, so the price of one badass band could have paid for like 5 old school artists who aren't on the radio anymore or whatever. I don't want anyone at the gathering who doesn't want to be there. Just my two cents.

Saw Lewis Black a few years back at Mansfield University. He was hilarious. I don't see him doing well at the Gathering, though. And I am certain that both he and Louis cost a pretty penny these days.

Rammestein would cost too much.

They should invite Coal Chamber, Eminem, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Tila Tequila, Ying Yang Twins, Bubba Sparxxx, Mini Kiss, The Organ Grinders, Andrew WK, Sharon Osborne, Michael Eisner, The last two Beastie Boys, everyone under the FBI's payroll for catering, all the stiffed vendors, Twiztid, Blaze, J-10, Lyle Lovett, Beck, Tali Demon, the father of the girl that J beat up because he stole his watch, Charlie Sheen again as head host, Anybody Killa, Alex Abbiss, Lavel, Esham, Myzery, cows, chickens, ducks, the staff of Spin, Rolling Stone and Vibe, their mothers, whoever is on the covers, Lacey, the monks of The Road.... I used to date a chick who was on their dicks so hard. Shed go to every show up the west coast and in Vegas. She even traveled too festivals to see them. She fucking hates icp and used to make fun of people who went to the gathering and shit.

I don't like their music but if i gotta kill someone to make this happen i would. Especially if it's the only nin show of the year ship that asshole ex has to go to the gathering.
