nope. they go to mens prisons. i read a article on it a few weeks ago.

its really fucked up. 

there was one transwoman who got put into prison and was raped multiple times every day over the course of her ten year sentence. i think the laws are going through the process of being changed. but no, trans women go to mens prisons unless they’ve had the chop.
