last years meetup massacre was a brutal failure. so, lets try it again.
the idea: for those of us here who go to gatherings to actually, ya know, meet. and so on.
anybody going to this years gathering wanna meet up with anybody else thats gonna be in attendance? lets set up some times and places, etc. have some parties.
ya never know, it could turn out to be good times, maybe an annual tradition. or whatever.
whos about it? and, who thinks this is fuckin stupid?
postscript: yes, i expect to be there.

I'm with it. I say meet up at an area like the little spot where everybody charges their phone (at the top of that hill/by the shower trailer thing and vendor). Maybe the wrestling bleachers/stage when nothings going on so it isn't hard to spot each other, same goes for any of the other tents/stages. Suggestions?

other than that, though...
six of us, so far. if any two of us manage to run into each other, it will already be an improvement over 2012.
bleachers by the wrestling ring isnt a bad idea. especially if its during the slack hours. i had originally planned on bivouacking right there, but it looks like ill be camping by a slew of other ninjas i know, further up.
im good with about any plan. except for just sitting in one spot for hours on end.
by the way, mmmmbrainz is supposed to be rolling there with me. i dont know if hes tryin to meet a massacre, though.

Yeah I haven't been to a GOTJ in almost a decade... finding out my second kid's gender tomorrow... gonna be kinda busy soon. Its a shame, this year I actually have the money.

I am quite dejected as well on the matter...I have the money to go, but am also trying to finish my bachelors degree this year...so its better to throw the money that way and not take out variable interest student loans...this will be my second absent year...so it makes me long for the gathering even more...still with 7 under my belt I have had more opportunities than most...so for that I am grateful...some ninjas never make it home...
