In trying to find out where ABK's Wake N Bake Bash is, I took note of the colors that shit is wrote in. Seems like an oversight on my part but I had never paid them much attention. Is there a rhyme or reason to them or is it nonsensical?
They clearly don't sync up with stages or really anything that I can find so...what's the deal?
Also, uh...anyone know where ABK's Wake N Bake Bash is?

the wake n bash thing: i believe thats sposed to happen in the morning, and the timeline dont cover that part of day.

[edit edit] if i had to guess, id say the '[funhouse]' bit makes it seem like itll be at the funhouse. wherever that ends up being this year.

yeah, that's all I've gathered thus far as well. I get why it's not on the timeline but that sure makes it tricky to locate. Where tends to be equally as important as when when planning things lol.

or, to make it a tad more informative... seems the timeline color code is basicly:
blue = performers performing;
yellow = performers yackin or signin autographs;
red = shit that we, the common juggalos, can enter or participate in;
purple = 'dont forget to spend money at the merch tent!';
green = pretty much anything else.

That's what I'm thinking too but in the waaaay off chance that it's something different I'd rather have gone to check it out, ya know? Shit, maybe it's going to be "Let ABK make you some pancakes while you watch the sunrise and drink fresh roasted coffee". More realistically he might play something off of Shapeshifter, which I've been waiting for for a very long time.

I've been thinking about bringing cold brew coffee. But yea idk what to do about the coffee situation, I just started drinking coffee again and was going to ask the same thing. I've never seen anywhere that makes espresso drinks or anything like that...though idk why because they'd make a killing.
If it's easier to boil water on a camp stove thing, I'm bringing one that anyone is welcome to use for anything. Just bring your own pots/pans or whatever. It's similar to this one, if I remember correctly:

They do serve coffee at several of the food vendors that sell breakfast stuff. That's what I did.
And ABK is a morning person. He was responsible for the "Juggalo tipping" one morning back in 2012. Plus I almost always saw him in the morning hanging out (without makeup) at the Spazmatic Bar at Hogrock. I didn't see him the past couple of years in Legend Valley at the Faygo place, though. Not sure where he hung out in the morning these past couple of Gatherings.
I, for one, am shooting for the Wake & Bake. I will always be a fan of ABK since when my daughter was 14, he sang to her and gave her a hug (not in a creepy way). It made her day. He will always be cool in my book.

honestly, ive found that the best thing is to wean off of coffee before the gathering. caffeine crashes always seem to happen at a lousy time.
barring that, i get a cup from a vendor in the morning, and fortify it with instant as much as i dare. then try not to think about it.
