Oh boy. To be honest, my time in prison was banal but educational. I left that life behind the day I was released well over a decade ago. I would never use my prison time for any kind of chump status symbol or for anecdote fodder. Both are cheap plays. I was speaking from experience, organically to the topic and that should be enough for you. I figure most of the cats on here probably (thankfully) haven’t done much time in county jail, let alone the state penitentiary. As monotonous as prison life is, there is an element of danger and chaos that in my experience, can fundamentally change a person. Sometimes for the better but more often than not for the worse. Glamorizing prison life is usually reserved for Hollywood, people who have never been there, or idiots who are doomed to return. Anyways…

Keep bumping. You go ahead try to make it about me trolling FLH, semantics or (preferably) GWAR. All aide me. Bump the shit out of this. It’s really about guest accounts and unique daily views. It’s really about Wil Sigler and accountability. Why let PSY off the hook for this without a response? You go ahead and let subjective tastes and politics decide how you feel about rapists. I wear a hatchetman Ima go on fighting the good fight. 

Maybe someday your mom will get raped at gunpoint… or your sister… or your wife… or your daughter. If that happened and they came to you for comfort, would you split verbal hairs to defend the attacker? Or maybe you refer her to a WSHH link to help her to heal?  Would you cheerfully want your media dollars to filter to their attackers pockets? Would you blame Guest or maybe TMZ? 

If anyone else wants to defend PSY lying about this or Wil Sigler in general, please chime in. In a disturbing way, this is kind of entertaining. I like to play devil’s advocate myself, but sticking up for a rapist is a bold strategy. Let’s see if it pays off.

Where does it say anywhere that he used force? I just haven’t seen it yet. There’s the confession, and the charges, but neither say anything regarding the use of force.

I know there was a gun charge, and questioning about during the confession, but that could have just as easily been added if he had priors, or if they found an unregistered gun, when he was arrested, and actually had nothing to do with girl, but again I don’t know, I just haven’t seen anything on it.

and yes I do believe there is a moral, and legal difference between having sex with a prepubescent child, and a willing teenager, it’s a thin line, but it is there, even J himself admits to having frequent sexual encounters without questioning his partners age, and it’s foolish to think he hasn’t slept with a few underage teens throughout his life, even if unknowingly.

Point being, ignorance isn’t excuse, there’s no reason to defend Siglers actions regardless of what happened, but without details people are always going to assume the worse, and escalate things as such, case in point.

Well 14 is also the most common minimum age a court will sentence an underage offender as an adult, with some being as young as 7, so the law is not always the best example regarding what constitutes a mature adult, neither does the general moral conduct of prison inmates.

Where are these documents that say he put a gun to her head, do you have links, or just repeating what others have said?

and again your using a specific number to distinguish children from adults, which makes me believe you are a child if you don’t honestly understand that outside of the legal system turning 18 doesn’t automatically grant you some pass to adulthood, I’ve met plenty of people well in there 30’s that act like children, and visa versa.

Just try to remember that were all in this together experiencing life for the first time, were all a bunch of fucking children, and some of us our bound to get caught up in some fucked up shit.

Maturity has nothing to do with adulthood if you’re not legally allowed to live on your own you’re a kid

The legal line in the sand just seems like the average age for when playing with fire is someone’s own responsibility. Some people like fucking with guns, some like getting paid in coke, etc., so in practice being an adult might mean being able to consent to whatever, and knowing which rabbit holes are not for you. Maybe Psy’s on some Christian forgiveness kick, &/or needs to pull stunts like this to maintain the most hated status. Their business, their rules.

Starting at 24 minutes and going to 40 minutes. CPN claims he found documents showing Chuck Reeves and others have gotten Sigler all wrong. The girl he allegedly raped at gunpoint never had a gun to her head and she lied about her age and deceived Will about her age. Quite easily since she was in a bar (of which legally you’re supposed to be 18 to get in according to CPN). CPN claims that a court document relating to the gun charge was two years apart from the sexual incident. This means to CPN that Chuck and others have been putting out a fake document by cropping two pieces of two documents together in order to claim he received oral sex at gunpoint. CPN promises to show it all to us in an upcoming video.

In his 2nd statement (in one night) he made to police in 1999 (link to it here on page 3), Will Sigler claimed there was no gun involved, nor did he ever give an impression he had a gun. He states the woman in question willingly went down on him.

Will Sigler Steps Down from Psychopathic

Over the past week we have seen articles and information advising of Will Sigler’s attempted rape charges from 1999. Juggalomarch.com was taken over by an unkown party and various screen shots of records and court cases were sighted.

Tonight Will has stepped down stating that he does not want Psychopathic Records to lose any fans based on his record.

Will was not present for comment but left a statement for Jumpsteady.

The statement advised that there was no child or gun involved. He was 20 and had been convinced to take a plea. According to his statement the gun charges were dropped and a minor was not involved or he would not be able to ever be removed from the registry.  At this time he is not a registered offender.

What I want to know is if Chuck is lying or has been taken in by a phony document, where did this faked document come from? Did CPN discover the origin? Can he finger who allegedly cropped two different documents together to make a phony one? Furthermore, will CPN be able to explain how apparently this blog entry which I quoted back here on page one, also fucked up and made a mistake and conflated two different things from two different years? Is that sexoffenderissues blogspot site also lying when they claim there was a pre-sentence report where two other women claimed Sigler forced himself on them?
