Well I can tell you that they had a really great epic fuckin run that’s for sure.  Will they return to the glory hole days (had to) of the mid 2000’s of a crazy stacked roster….personally, I don’t think so.

I know that ICP will live on forever.  We all know that, but what kinda sucks is there’s really nobody left at the Hatchet to pass the torch on to, ya know.  Their only getting older, who knows.  I just don’t want them to fade into the abyss, and become even more stale.  To me their hype machine don’t work like it used too.  Anyway…….

2007 on has just got worse every single year. The whole DJ Clay mixtape is when shit started getting really stale.

Twiztid/Blaze leaving then ruined any chance of Psychopathic ever being the same again.

And its funny too speaking on the hype machine.  Every time ICP comes out with a new album, “were going back to our roots!” “were blowing off the dust on our old beat machines!” or “Mike E. Clark is BACK!!!!”  ect. ect. blah blah.  So they like hyping the new albums coming out by saying “Oh shit y’all its gonna be that old wicked SHIT!”  

But when its not, they say, if you wanna hear Riddle Box……go bump Riddle Box.  Well quit telling people what they wanna hear, and just be honest and say were going down a new path.  But god damn STOP with the “old days, old ICP sound” hype when a new album is coming out.  I’m telling you, really pay attention on what they say when a new card is coming out.  Because all of those quotes I put in the beginning are exactly what they said in the past.  They know what the Juggalos want, they really do.  Someone said that ICP needs to make a new classic, that was well said and I agree.

The torch has already been passed to Twiztid. Twiztid & MNE are now the new PSY. I have a feeling we’re just gonna have to get used to that little fact. I just wish Twiztid were better to their fans, it would make the transition feel more welcoming.

Aside from ICP and Big Hoodoo, there’s nobody at the Hatchet. I’m not hating on Blahzay Roze, but that shit is straight wack. Sorry, but it’s the truth. Violent J helping Becky get on meds and helping her out is great and everything, but damn it, why was it necessary to sign her on to the label? I mean, how many other more deserving artists are out there that have worked their asses off who deserve a break like being signed to PSY?  Probably hundreds. But no, J’s marriage falls apart, he hooks up with Becky, and signs her as part of the active roster. The fuck was he thinking? He wasn’t. He was thinking with his dick.

ABK may have been in the infomercial, but he feels so far away from the hatchet right now. Fuck the haters, ABK is talented, and is a huge draw for the hatchet, but it doesn’t feel like he’s been a part of PSY for years. It’s all about Native World for him right now, and if it isn’t, it should be. Because from what I’ve seen and heard, he’s not even going to be at The March now. Which should be a concern. On top of that, The last album he put out was 7 FUCKING YEARS AGO. I mean that’s career suicide right there. Psy says they’re waiting on ABK to turn it in, ABK says he’s waiting on PSY. Why are they talking in circles? Something else is clearly going on. At this point, should ABK even be considered apart of PSY anymore? If Shapeshifter does not come out this year, I think it’s safe to assume ABK is done. At least on PSY.

I don’t think PSY will bounce back. They’ve had a hell of a run, but the wheels are coming off. Poor business decisions and greed are to blame, I’m sure. But rest assured, the torch has been passed. The wicked shit will live on under a new banner: MNE.

Nothing wrong with ICP and Psy, it’s all about your personal perception. It’s you who needs to bounce back.

We’ve got jokers card coming, gatherings every year, juggalo day, cons, ICP is still killin it.

So what if they don’t have 10+ artist on their label (btw Twiztid wouldn’t have many if it wasn’t for ICP). So what if they don’t constantly bombard us with exclusive merch and update the store every day? It’s all about the music, not the merch. I’ve got 4 ICP shirts and every single psychopathic album, to me that’s better than a juggalo with a few cds and a closet full of limited 1 day only shirts.

I will take one ICP record over 10 MNE albums any day. The damn phantom EP is better than everything that’s out on MNE right now.

No, nobody forgets because the haters are constantly bringing it up. You think Twiztid would stand on their own if their shit wasn’t top notch? They are relevant because they produce quality music. Y’all hate on their grind all you want but they are adapting to the changing world around us.There has been a steady stream of videos singles and other flavor to hold us over.

I haven’t been a merch guy since high school but I respect them trying to get theirs even if I think selling soda is fucking retarded. 

You gotta ask yourself why people seem to jump ship all the time. Stealing artists doesn’t have a thing to do with it.

ICP is gonna be fine by the way. No need to worry.
