I really don’t get all this “ICP sucks now but Twiztid is awesome” shit. ICP always has and always will put it the fuck down in my book. I like abominationz quite a bit. One of the more enjoyable Twiztid releases to me in the past few years, but I still think the MDP is a way better album. The clows are just all together better entertainers to me, they simply do what they do on a higher level, and I don’t see how other people just hate on them now. Cause why? They aren’t as “wicked”? Fuck off!! They helped pioneer the wicked shit and spread it to the masses worldwide. Fact:most horrorcore artists/fans were introduced to that music style through ICP even if they no longer are fans. J and Shaggy are 40 years old, they been they’re done that. They got new fresh ass ideas and concepts to make music about. Unlike Twiztid, “oh another song about killing someone”, go figure lol.

lol idk icps beat selection has just fell off with me these past few years.. while madrox has always been a much more well-rounded emcee with mono steady climbin up there with him.. i agree that icp are overall better “entertainers” tho & i agree twiztid could switch the song topics up more haha although its kinda contradicting comparing them to icp who incorporated killing in 99% of the 1st set of jokers cards haha

I for one will always prefer ICP to Twiztid. Twiztid are undoubtedly better rappers but music has never really been about skills for me. I have just grown up with the clowns; got into them when Milenko came out and every single release of theirs reminds me of a time and place. That means that regardless which album of theirs I'm listening to, I'm almost listening beyond the music; it's imbued with some sort of personal value and that's what makes it meaningful regardless of the lyrics or beats. Despite countless personal and circumstantial changes the clowns have really stuck with me…to sound a little cliched, I feel like I've known them in a weird sort of way for my whole life. That means that, like most good friends, I always seem to stick up for them and look for the good in what they do even if that means I appear to be a 'blind, sheep juggalo' like some people seem to label and assume.
Don't get me wrong…I love Twiztid and have listened to them avidly since Mostasteless was released (which is one of my all-time favourite albums) but I just don't connect with them on the same level as the clowns.

I disagree too.Twiztid definitely deserve more promotion,but they have their audience and they dont need lots of promo to sell.ICP already has their audience in their back pocket so they need outsiders who havent heard them yet to get new people listening,not just juggalos,Same thing wid Tech and his mainstrem tactics.Im not one to bitch about it,if I was in their position, I would do the same.Always need a bigger audience especially if you own ur own label to keep it afloat.

if twiztid wanted to put in the work they would be as big as icp. they gave up ownership of the label so they can spend more time with family and not focus on anything but there album. they are happy being lazy and not hustling as hard as icp. that is fact.
