Well not many people know about this, I brought it up in one of my classes and nobody even knew about it.
The people who do know and aren't jugglos either say that it's bullshit or some stupid thing about us all being meth heads and low lives.

My lawyer friend I said I called about that question I had, told me he never heard of it either. He laughed like I was joking and I don't think he believed me until he looked it up. He called me back and said that most likely they would use that against certain individuals that did have gang connections or were hardened criminals already. He thinks it would be based on individual experiences rather than a group thing, and it wouldn't affect anyone;s minor case if you claimed to be a juggalo because it's up to the judge in that case. Then there's the possibility of having a pissed of judge too tho. But at the same time he agreed the loose definition could easily be taken off the gang list now that ICP are suing. He doesn't see how it could go any other way.
Let's hope that's what most people think, it's just such a ridiculous notion alone to claim a music groups fan's could be labelled a gang because of the music they enjoy and it will all be settled in no time.
If it goes in favor of the FIBS then I would hope more people will chime in about this.

I'm not to worried, I've just come to a point in my life where I just don't feel like I need to identify myself as a juggalo anymore, I want to be identified as me, Lucem Ferre, not just as a juggalo. I'm still a juggalo I just don't need that title anymore. I used to want to rep the hatchet every where but now days I think I'd rather rep the unicursal hexagram or the eye of Horus because they represent me more than the hatchet these days.

I think a lot of people identify with being a Juggalo for similar reasons, but we all have our own attachments to it that we can't relate to other Juggalo's with. Most likely because it's music and people can leave a song with a different meaning than what was originally meant by the artist. Just cause you're into other things shouldn't be any reason why you still can't view yourself as a juggalo first without telling others. There's people like me that will never stop repping the hatchet in their hearts but don't feel a need to advertise it everywhere they go. I have no tats either but I've been down since I was 11 years old and I'm almost 27 now. Not just psy tats, I mean any tats. I was raised that tats make you a marked man and certain situations you may get yourself in it could be in best interest to leave your personal life out of it. I'm definitely down with the Clown till' I'm dead in the ground and don't need to prove that to anyone because I know it. I feel like I've known the clowns my entire life and I've never met them.
Just cause someone is a juggalo doesn't make you my family either. It's a good way to hang out with me to start, but my experiences in life have taught me that most people are the same in the end whether you claim doctor or juggalo. People be shady man. Just be you! That's juggalo shit!

Here's a strange observation when speaking of other things that interest you. You mentioned you'd rather rep the Eye of Horus. I can't explain it but since I was a small kid I've always had a fixation with Ancient Egypt. I still study it to this day for my own personal interest. Just pointing that out cause you seem to as well. I could never figure out as a kid what connection there was to it or why, but I know that I had an even stranger sensation come over me when I first opened the booklet of The Great Milenko and saw those pyramids. Same thing happened with Tales From the Lotus Pod. There's a good example of things you can connect with being a juggalo that probably most wouldn't. I already felt connected to the music in almost a spiritual way, but little things like this would make it even more seem like it was meant to be. Fucking strange, I know…

I don't know too much about Egyptian mythology but I do like Horus from what I've read about him, the reason I'd represent the Eye of Horus though is the meaning that it has in Thelema.

With the FBI case ICP are standing up for juggalos that are 'out there struggling' and being marginalised and singled out for their musical taste and social niche. Some people might not realise that the gang label means extended prison sentences, increased suspicion, frequent searches, stoppages etc. Shit…..ICP would be bullshit if they didn't do anything but they are actually putting themselves out there to fight this despite the fact that juggalos 'commiting crimes' as you said may undermine the work they are doing and open them to ridicule. It's easy to be cynical about everything but I don't think ICP deserve it…..and I don't think Twiztid should leave Psy; the label that nurtured and made them.
Its just easier to hate now a days. Every time something bad happens and it involves Psychopathic, the first thing is to blame Violent J or Billy Bill. I'm gonna say this once and only there's three sides to a story. One person's side the other person's side and what actually happened. I don't care how many juggalos come on here and bitch and say “No I know what really happened” No you don't you will never know because you are not there all the time or around members of Psy 24/7. Everyone just wants to bitch and complain. So many ninjas blame ICP but what did you do when Tila Tequila got hit with trash by the Gathering Crowd? Not a damn thing except complain what did ICP do? They went on TV and defended us to keep her from suing and shutting down the Gathering permanently. They take a lot of heat and all we do is yell at them like spoiled brats. I'm glad Psychopathic is trying to do better and bring back people who deserve to be at Psy I.E. Jumpsteady and Zug Izland. They are trying to take on the FBI and make things better for us but everyone is complaining that they didn't get their pre-ordered CD in the mail.

While I agree that we can never know the truth behind ex PSY employee story’s. I have witnessed firsthand that even J and Shaggy don’t get along. So everything is not all about “family” at the label, there’s alot of drama behind the scenes. In the end it’s a job for them like any other, it’s all about a paycheck.

The 09′ Gathering, me and some homies snuck on stage for faygo Armageddon (one of the coolest experiences of my life), after spraying faygo for 10-15 mins on stage we finnaly go to exit, and the first thing I hear stepping off the stage to the back is J screaming “HE’S NOT EVEN GONNA MAKE IT THROUGH THE TOUR!!”. He was quite obviously snapping about shaggy and his drug problem at the time. And them about to begin the BPB tour. If anyone can remember that was the year shaggs fucked up lotus really bad cause he was all shitty. Not saying they never get along and aren’t boy’s, but obviously they struggle as a group sometimes…

i wouldnt necessarily take that as proof that j and shaggs dont get along. ive come very near to fistfights with my closest homies before. usually after the adrenalin wears off, shit goes back to normal.
In the end it's a job for them like any other, it's all about a paycheck.

Like Scruffy said….who hasn't had a fallout with their closest friends? If this is even true it sounds like it was a comment made in frustration at an extremely stressfull and high pressure moment. It's more proof that J actually cares about the show they put on than evidence of any dislike between the two of them. In any footage I have EVER seen of them they seem like closest friends and have a fantastic, tag-team comedy chemistry that's impossible to fake with mere professionalism.
