If you worked with Bones Dubb, it’s working better than most of us, despite your amateur mistakes. Then again, proving that whom you know trumps what you know.

And no, nobody has to actually make music to judge your music, that’s a cop out and pretty retarded way of thinking. The people you have to please is the fans, and most of the fans are not artists. Meaning that if you want to sell beats to a rapper you have to please that audience because the rapper isn’t going to want to buy beats he knows his fans will hate. Well, most rappers won’t.

 

The bottom line is as an artist you need to understand that not everybody is going to like your beats. Talking shit, getting angry or defensive doesn’t change that, it actually makes you look like a douche. No matter how dope it is or how much work you put into something there will always be that one dude that says you suck.
