I guess I will buy a few copies and never open them. When they stop selling it again, then I can sell them.

Really greenbook hasn't been out for ten years, I don't think it qualifies for "classic" but it is definitely one of there best. If u call greenbook classic u would have to call shangrila classic and its not yet imo. I would consider something ateast 15 years old to be classic, a fourth of a human life, roughly. Classics would be anything during or before 98.

Yeah 60 years isn't a full life but for most it will be

for my part, no specific amount of time has to pass before an album can be called classic.

death pop is a classic.  many will disagree, im sure, but luckily for me, i dont buy music based on other peoples tastes.

Green Book will be 10 years old July 1st, and Shangri-La turned 10 years last November.  I'm not sure how old an album has to be to be considered a classic.  I see the term classic as an opinion.  Carnival of Carnage has been out 20 years, but I dont consider it a classic(in terms of how good it is).  Yeah its old as fuck and its a good album, but not great or a classic.
