He avoids them like the plague on his own shit to avoid the juggalo reputation but goes on Psy's shit, knowing only juggalos listen to them anyway, to get juggalos on his dick. Plus they pay him to be on their stuff. he isn't paying them to be on his. Smart and shady at the same time. I don't know if I want to give him props or a good shaking of the fist at.

not necessarily.. its pretty well known that allot of artist exchange verses for each others projects for free… i.e. the tech/wayne collabs were prolly both free

I'm talking Psychopathic though. He goes on their shit, they're never on his. So since it's a one way street, I can't imagine he's doing it for free.

i always wondered wat was up with tech never having Psychopathic or Sub Noize on any of his albums, he put dirtball on the Killer album and KMK was on the 2nd disk lol.

when tech hit the scene around the wicked wonka era, he was on thugs pit and was one of the newcomers taking over.

his label got really big, hes really established now. but alot of that success, well all of his success was givin ICP and KMK fans someone new to listen to. i never thought Sub Noize and The Hatchet would have another label on their level, but hes surpassed them in a certain way. but its just weird they dont do songs on his albums, its starting 2 look like he used their fan base.

at the beginning it was cool 2 use the juggalos and kmk fans cuz he seemed genuine about being accepted in our world. but strange is tryin 2 hard to get mainstream acceptance which he doesnt need. hes successful on his own, they got their own wherehouse, merch is selling good, he controls his music, they sell out shows. but its like its not enough 4 him cuz mtv and magazines wont write about him.

i wish tech would just realize wat he has now compared 2 when he was doin anghelic. i dont know why he thinks he needs the mainstream. black people dont really like dark music, eminem was successful with dr dre cuz he didnt try 2 be mr cool, i get the girls, he was doin shock value and people like snoop were like this guy is crazy. we are used 2 that kinda music. but urban music is more about parties and money. tech will never be chillin with 2chainz gettin played in the nite clubs out here in my los angeles area. he calls his label "Strange" lol.

tech should just say fuck mtv they dont control my success. he looked bitter on mtv rap squares cuz no one picked him. they dont know his catalog, they wanted 2 talk to the rappers that are "cool" lol. hes used 2 juggalos and kmk fans givin him mad love, its just the truth. tech needs 2 just chill and enjoy wat he has. even kaliko's new album is kindda weird with him dressin all nerdy and rockin reading glasses, swag is stupid. they got skills they dont need all that mainstream shit.

plus, ICP aint spittin fire anymore so i dont blame him for that. but twiztid? he says he loves their shit on all his artists albums. i think theres possibly a bizness beef with tech and violent J brewing up that neither strange or icp wants 2 speak on it cuz its bad for both of their bizness. i think they stay affiliated but not close just 4 money. i dont really dig tech anymore like i used to for KOD and killer. once spitfyre went 2 tpain he lost a trademark sound. seven is good with carnival, wicked, off the wall shit thats why abominatioz worked. but tech needs some different beats sometimes .

as far as him being on other peoples albums like KMK and ICP and Twiztid----tech does those for free. even mono said in an interview "i can call tech n9ne and kaliko for a verse whenever i need it and for free"....they were talkin about never doin an independants day collabo type cd again cuz it was a hassle and didnt come out rite at all.

tech does the icp, kmk and twiztid collabos 4 free so his core fanbase, juggalos and kmk fans have a new tech song to keep him relevant so we buy all his cds that doesnt have our favorite groups on lol. he knows working with them pays off in a different way, such as gaining interest in his next project and his tours do good.

its cool, we all know its game that tech n9ne is playing, but he delivers quality music on the collabs so its not like hes totally playing us. but come on, be serious...technicians???? lol thats like barbies for miniaj and watever gaga calls her faggot clan. technicians are just kmk kids and juggalos. just check the song, "welcome 2 strangeland" tech n9ne even mentions wat technicians are,

[Tech N9ne]
Wow
Juggalos kottonmouth kings and queens
Gangbangers metalheads and the college kids
Then everything in between
They love when tech spittin', no he's the best rippin'
Blessed this when all of these titles can equal TECHNICIAN

no one is really just a technician in my eyes. u mean 2 say kids actually listen 2 prozak that are hip hop heads? no fuckin way. i hate prozaks music but hes got juggalos followin him cuz he worked hard from bedlam to that PDM to where he is now. most of strange's roster arent really appealing, just mainstreamish shit mostly, it took kaliko awhile to deliver a good album. if strange didnt have tech that label would fall 2 shit. icp can loose twiztid and be allright and vice versa if icp retired and it was just twiztid on the hatchet. kmk can retire and they have tons of bands 2 put out. strange is kindda weak as a label, but tech n9ne is such a popular artist he generates a ton of revenue

bring the hate, i dont care. thats been my opinion since "killer" came out. he dont fuck with the noize or psy on his albums, he says "the beat has to tell me its for blah blah" watever. three six had an open verse on just another crazy click and got icp to fit. same with V Ice on insane killers. he aint tryin 2 get them on his shit

Do I think he sold out? Fuck no. Why? Because he now has two songs with a rap group that nobody has ever heard of until he put them on and a rap group that probably won't gain any mainstream attention. That group is Aqualeo. He gains no new fans from it, they gain way more fans from it.

Is he a sell out for doing a song with Wayne? Fuck no. Some people actually like Little Wayne. (gasp) Tech just so happens to be one of those people. He likes T-Paine as well.

Is he a sell out for dressing "mainstream"? Fuck no. First off, how does mainstream dress? Does ICP not dress mainstream? Tech and Krizz aren't wicked horrorcore juggalo rappers. They are their own brand so they dress the way that they want.

Is Tech a sell out for doing a few party songs? Fuck no. He's always done party songs. Like I pointed out before, these accusations on him are self contradicting. At first it's "he changed his style and sold out, he sucks" and second it's "he just keeps doing the same shit over and over again, he sucks".

Is Tech trying to hide his juggalo affiliations? Fuck no. He's mentioned juggalos on almost every album released since Everready.

Is Tech a sell out for being on MTV? Possibly, but I doubt it. The reason is that I doubt he asked for it and I bet MTV came to him. MTV is now going to the artists for success instead of the artists going to MTV for success.

Maybe if Tech started shit talking an artist and then all of a sudden became cool with that same artist with a bullshit reason I'd consider him being a sell out. (Kind of like ICP did with both Fred Durst and Onyx also what Monoxide did with B-Real)

I don't find it bullshit that he doesn't do songs with ICP because I doubt he actually likes ICP, but it is bullshit that he hasn't put Twiztid on. I really wonder why he hasn't. A Twiztid Tech collab on one of Tech's albums would be the shit. Especially with this creative explosion Twiztid has had recently. I mean, they have really upped their game lately, just listen their part on Krizz Kaliko's "Wanna Be".

Man after reading your post troublemaker it shows how similar J and Tech are. Don't these dudes realize the only reason they got big in the first place was BECAUSE they were different? And that not everyone out there wants what the mainstream gives? ICP were platinum in the Milenko/AJB eras despite the fact they were dissed on by the mainstream. But ICP dissed the mainstream back and remained a big name while still remaining hardcore. But that wasn't enough for J. No he had to find a way to win over everyone who hated them. But he didn't. He failed. He lost most of his fan base by selling the fuck out and they're still not accepted to this day. The worst part? He's still trying to be accepted by them. Just makes a person go wtf are you thinking snap out of it already.

Greed is a funny thing because it brings delusions of grandeur. People will throw away everything they worked for to be accepted by the mystical magical mainstream. It's the saddest thing watching it happen. Like watching your boy change everything about himself for a chick. The mainstream is that chick and many talented people throw everything cool about themselves away to get a piece of that pussy. And the hilarious part is that chick and her vagina have no respect for guys who do that. It's like the more ICP and Tech try to impress the mainstream, the more it hates them. While they're standing in the rain with a box of chocolates and flowers after being rejected by it, the mainstream is taking it from behind by people who don't give a fuck about it while they both laugh at and make fun of the dorks trying to hit it. Now ICP and Tech have no one to go home to anymore. WTF am I talking about.

Bottom line yalls, get off the mainstream's balls (or vagina), ICP and Tech out like Biggie Smalls. Well ICP anyway. tech still seems to be growing.

agreed. He put that dude "bishop" on his newest ep and NOBODY has heard of him. Dude doesn't even have any songs on youtube. I could give a fuck less is he collabs with wayne or not. What does bug me is him mentioning it all the time(ok maybe not all the time but quite a few).

But I wouldn't call him a sellout, because he has always aspired to be mainstream and played on BET. Nobody whines about  not being loved more than tech (and Im a tech fan). He is all about finally gettin' black people to listen to his shit, and he finally got that shot. But his music hasn't really changed that much man. Nah tech isn't a sell out, but the dude is fucking whiny "why you aint call me?"

We already went over this in the "OMG TECH IS A SELL OUT" forum.

It was like somebody who betrays their integrity, morals, etc. for personal gain. In which case everyone has sold out at least once in their lives.

Even then nobody really knows what his morals and such are you can only assume what they are.
